Beware. They will take away tickets to drawings for no reason. Repiticiously call the same platinum card people. Encourage manipulate or burn you. Down and dirty. I liked some of the rooms. Some had bed bugs. Most did not. Not worth it in a good month. If you re a big fish in there you can happily stomp on lots...

I stayed there for two nights. My room is on the 7th floor. At midnight I can still hear the noise coming from neighboring rooms. Complaint to the Front desk seemed no effect. Quiet people should stay away.

For the money this is the best hotel casino in Reno. I realize it's not a 5 star hotel but I can't afford a 5 star hotel. The offers they send me for being a gambler are great. I wouldn't stay anywhere else unless I was independently wealthy and even then I'd probably still come here in addition. My dad...

I stayed here last Memorial day weekend. I am 63 years old. Everything was going well until I got onto the elevator. Right away you notice the elevator itself is unstable. I rocked up and down on my heels and the elevator suddenly stopped. We were trapped inside for almost an hour. We were able to pry open the door...

Took forever to check in and room was very basic and needs to be updated. It was cheap and you could definitely tell! It was by no means full but they put us next to groaning elevator and ice machine. I'd rather pay more next time!

The casino and accommodations were good. The service was good, the room was a basic room. The buffet was a total let down. Although the price was good the food itself was severely lacking. Better to walk down the street for something more edible.

The big advantage of going here is that, since it's smaller, you get to know everyone and they are wonderful people. We had so much fun this past weekend interacting with everyone that we're going back in 3 weeks. Can't wait to be at my home away from home.

We have stayed there many times. Playing slots is fun and great location to reach other casinos. You are in easy walking distance of all the big down town casinos. The Buffet is great, Love Mel's Dinner. My first visit to one was at the Sands. Now we have one in our town Auburn, CA.

We've had bad experiences here before, not sure why we decided to stay again. This was our trip to celebrate a BIG birthday for me and we wanted to be able to walk everywhere. There is no such thing as a quiet room - all rooms face the railroad so be sure to bring your earplugs because the trains run...
