Stayed here for my daughter's state gymnastics meet in a summit suite. Beds were very comfortable and I liked that there was a good sized fridge and microwave in the room. Lots of kid friendly stuff to do like the arcade and bowling. Would stay here again if back in Reno. Also liked the free airport shuttle.

The resort is pretty good. The room was attractive however we experienced the most uncomfortable bed of our lives. Springs poking through the pillow top into our backs and sides. Just plain painful. The response From The front desk was an oh well. We ended up sleeping on the floor. Basically it totally sucked. Management does not seem to car...

Cigarette smoke is not all that appealing especially in the morning when you first step out of the elevator into the main floor. Either go smoke free, move the casino floor away from main traffic areas or invest in better smoke infiltration/ventilation systems so smoke doesn't drift into common areas where other guests' health are not exposed.

GSR is always our first choice to stay. The food is great. We usually eat at Charlie Palmers steakhouse or the Chinese restaurant. (forgot the name). Nice atmosphere, nice rooms, they have just about everything for the whole family. (bowling, movies, arcade...so much more).

Was a great clean room. My kids had plenty to do with the fun quest and movie theater. Lots of food choices and you provided access to each of them. Also ordered room service which was also great, we ate like royalty.

Had a business conference here. I'm sure the conference got a great rate but it was not a professional place to have the event. Very long check in and check out lines. They easily should have had more people staffed at the desk. The cleaning people left cleaning supplies and a towel in the middle of the hallway. One morning...
