Location is quiet, near casinos and shopping nearby. Staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and quiet. Accommodated my wife's mobility issues. Fresh hot coffee available in lobby. thank you

When I checked-in my room wasn't ready for me (a diamond member) but was for my non-diamond member co-worker. They stated that being a diamond member had no bearing on room availability/ readiness. This makes one wonder why anyone should go to the trouble of being loyal to the Hilton brand.

Nice clean facilities overall. Excellent service. The suite I stayed in was huge with 2 bathrooms. The only thing I felt it could be improved is the beds comfort, for the hotel to change the worned out carpets.

We were attending our son's wedding. Location was perfect - close to airport, close to wedding venue. Very satisfied. Arrival and check in quick and friendly. We did not dine at the hotel but by appearances would have been a great experience. Coffee in the morning was ready early, fresh, and available through out the day.

Great value for the price and location. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the hot breakfast cooked to order is a huge plus, especially if you're a Gold or Diamond member. It's also centrally located with many dining and convenience shopping options nearby. You can't go wrong.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is always accommodating, efficient and friendly. The restaurant is excellent and the location is very convenient to the airport. I stay here whenever I'm in Reno.

A nice mid level value hotel. Good location close to freeway access. No complimentary breakfast and it's pretty expense to eat breakfast there. Restaurants and stores within walking distance and a gas station right outside the parking lot is convenient.

We arrived before Noon and were informed that no rooms were available for check-in. That was understandable and I said OK so we will register now and be back later this evening. This hotel is worndown! The general area carpet and specially the room carpet were filthy. The tub in the room kept clogging up which is very unsanitary!!! The hotel from desk person was also the dishwasher in the kitchen, which made the checking process take longer than thirty minutes.
