Read the reviews and decided to take a chance on staying at Primm anyways. Hotel is a little run down but our room was fine. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Furniture is slightly damaged and old. Low prices so we didn't expect much. Not any good choices for food at the Primm. Went to the Pancake House, it...

The Primm Valley Resort might change your idea of "you get what you pay for". With the modest price point at this casino hotel we didn't expect to many "bells and whistles" but what we did get was well worth our two day charge of under a hundred dollars. We really had a nice time, felt safe, food was good...

Remember that Saturday Night Live skit, Lowered Expectations? That was the theme for my stay here. Look, it was free (except for the stupid $15 resort fee). And worth the price. A few good things: Free parking The mall is adjacent. We had a decent inexpensive dinner there. The room was reasonably sized. Bad things: The room was dirty. I...

We have been coming to Primm a couple times a year for the last 6 years and on our most recent visit, we really noticed the marked decline in the whole property. It's as if no routine maintenance or upkeep is being done. At Primm Valley: The exterior of the building needs fresh paint. Half of the light bulbs that...

The hallways and rooms are quite old and a bit rundown with loose outlets and a dirty shower curtain. Cold draft comes in through the heating system when it's off and you can hear the people walking in the room above. But the bed is good, the shower works fine, the people working there are nice and the price is...

I have stayed here before and while it has never been great, it has really slipped. The price was cheap, but there is a "Resort Fee " of $15 that is an insult. For that you get free internet which everyone on the property gets for free. There was nothing complimentary, no coffee, or anything. Place was worn, tired and...

Toilet in room wouldn't flush. I was able to remove lid and get it to work enough to make it usuable.Next day,Leaking toilet was left by maid with wet towels soaking on floor. I saw her in the hallway and her response was a cold "call zero (maintenance) for help." Two calls and a personal visit to the front desk...

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in years. Parking is distant from lobby with no clear unloading area and lobby poorly marked. Check-in was slow. Staff was indifferent at best, except in gift shop, where we were greeted with a smile. Maintenance and cleanliness were poor. Elevator floors and carpets in common areas looked ancient and dingy....

e stayed here for one night, and thankfully it was only the one night. The hallways and the casino itself is very dirty and disgusting. The room is a lot nicer than you would expect, although we had a broken curtain rod in the room when we walked in. The parking lot for the 2nd floor rooms seemed very sketchy,...

I can't believe they charge you a $15.00 a day resort fee. For what!? Also our room was dirty. You could tell the floor in the bathroom had not been swept or mopped. There was old dried up urine on the base of the toilet. And when I pulled back the blankets there was a big yellow stain on them....
