The rooms haven't been modernised since 1980! If you spend money in the Casino you could have just used that money towards a better hotel! The walls a surprisingly thin, you can hear full conversations of people in the hall way. We stayed here to break up our journey from Zion to San Fran. The bed was comfortable but the...

We took our group here last week for a trip off the strip, we were pleasantly surprised with the place. We loved the food and flume ride. Will certainly consider staying here on next trip. They also had roller coasters and a food court

Came here to rest from our road trip to California. Wednesday night, super cheap + a $15 resort fee. Room was decent size and CLEAN. All we needed was a place to sleep and wake up the next morning and continue the trip. I would recommend this as a place to rest while on the road!

This place is in need of a remodel and scrubbing. The room was clean but warn. The biggest problem was the restaurants were closed and only open on the weekend evenings. The only choices were Denny's or Mcdonalds .

If you are Spanish speaking you might like this hotel; most of the guests were. After the long line to get checked in, the customer service was good in accommodating special room request. But this is no resort. Not going back.

I just got back from a bus turn-around trip to Buffalo Bills Casino, so I didn't stay overnight. The last time I was there it smelled of musty cigarette smoke and I though they needed to do a deep cleaning of the air vents and carpets. This time there was no strong smoke odor and it did look like the...

The main reason(and only) we stop here is they allow pets and it's a good stop on the way to CA. Now if you like a stranger's hair in the shower along with half opened bottle of hotel shampoo than this place is for you!! Or maybe an adjoining room's door that permits all the sounds through at 3 a.m.?...

On a Saturday they had one person checking people in. Then another person shows up 10 minutes later. The associate was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. We asked for an upgrade that was suggested by a friend. He made the upgrade and that is where it went down hill. We went to the room and...

Hubby and I used to like this place, but, oh my, has it changed. And why in the world would they charge a resort fee? And also, they charged an extra $45 over my already paid for room for no reason at all. I am still waiting to get an answer a week later.... Here are the bad points. -...

My husband and I spent Friday & Saturday at the hotel anticipating a wedding on Saturday in Vegas. Our room was clean. The queen bed was very comfortable with nice white sheets and comforter. However, I want to know...what happens to items accidentally left behind? After three phone calls, leaving messages for return calls from Melissa and then Security(who did...
