On our trip coming from Zion, we decided to visit the Valley of Fire. As we came along North Shore Inn in Overton, my youngest daughter asked for staying the night. As she came to me, her positive impression of the Inn decided us to stay. And we did not regret it. What a nice and comfortable Inn it is...

We stayed here while visiting my parents at The state park. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a large room that had a mini fridge and microwave, which we really appreciated. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating with our requests! It's very easy to get around the little town and there's an excellent Mexican restaurant right across...

My son and I stayed at this property on a recent trip to the USA. The owners are extremely helpful and service oriented. We made a mistake with our online booking, and the owners chose not to charge us for the 'missed' night - even before we had picked up the mistake. We arrived at the hotel early and were...

The staff here are very nice and helpful, great parking, free wi-fi, hot tub and breakfast too! The room is on the large size, the heater is very quiet and the shower pressure is pretty good. There's a good restaurant across the street (La Fonda) too. The black-out curtains do not block out all of the ambient outside light, so...

Very clean and nice little place. Would stay here again. Rooms are immaculate. Continental breakfast was good. Wifi was super fast for a hotel, but not password protected so good thing I had a VPN to use to secure my traffic. Overall we liked it and will be back.

After a day of visiting Valley of Fire, we decided to stay at North Shore Inn after reading other Trip Advisor reviews and were pleased with our stay. It appears to be a family run business with great attention to cleanliness. The beds were well suited for comfort, linens fresh, pillows comfy and appeared new, the corners clean (!) and...

There are not many places to choose from if you want to be near the Valley of Fire, so we ended up here and were pleasantly surprised. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms and included breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this for anyone who would like to be close to the park.

We planned a stop in this area because we wanted to go to Valley of Fire. There aren't a lot of overnight options so selected North Shore - reviews were good and since we were traveling with our yellow lab and they accepted pets, we booked. We couldn't have been happier! Chris and Deborah (owners) were very courteous and helpful...

A good homebase to explore the Valley of Fire area. I never saw a lake shore as the name would imply, but we only slept there so weren't worried about surroundings. Room clean, shower good, noise level low. Actually it was pretty dead in the hotel for this time of year, surprising. Lots of parking and can park close to...

With such overwhelming high reviews, I expected the hotel to be more than it is. But what it is, is fine. It straddles the budget and mid-range categories. For a budget hotel, it's excellent, for a mid-range hotel, it's lacking. For a hotel near the Valley of Fire, it's excellent. The wifi was a bit spotty, but we still managed...
