Stayed for 5 nights ..got an upgrade but to my surprise the upgraded room also had no mini bar, no amenities, no dental / shaving kit ( they denied giving it even on payment), not even a water bottle (was ready to pay) which was very surprising. The hotel otherwise is ok and well located with connections to Luxor /...

I work at a resort so I understand about the resort fee, but the parking charges are terrible. $13.00 to valet park?? And $8.00 to self park - parking should be included in the resort fee. We stayed at another hotel in Vegas last May and didn't pay for parking it was included in our stay. On a good note...

It had been twelve years since we had been back to Las Vegas. We had stayed at Excalibur on three different times. Those were the years of the arcade games which our two sons loved to play. At that time Las Vegas was catering to families. Those times are gone. During our March, 2017 three night stay, we stayed at...

We went for a family trip to Vegas for the first time and stayed for 3 nights. The exterior looked a little tacky, FD offered upgrade to Royal suite at $10 so I took the upgrade. The 26th floor view was facing airport so wasn't sure if it was worthy or not. At least away from smoke smell in the...

Amazing 4 nights in Las Vegas!! Excalibur was a perfect location for us & provided everything we needed it to for a reasonable price. We decided we wanted to pay less for accommodation to give us more to spend & the Excalibur fitted the bill. Can't really find any faults with hotel. It may not be one of the classiest...

We did a girls vacation and we had a ball staying here..everything was convenient like lots of food choices, coffee, transportation available...the only part was getting ourselves into doing a time share tour (wasted our time) for discount tickets to a show at the hotel other than that we had a great...it's always great bringing a southern twist to the...

Had a wonderful time, spent Mon. thru Thur. here, nice cheap room, nice casino( Actually had the best luck here at the video blackjack table of all what seemed like 100 casinos we were in), staff was awesome and polite, not a bad location on the strip, towards the end, but we walked all up and down the strip. From...

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The dealers and staff are wonderful especially Shirley and Yolly. It is nice that the staff remembers you from previous trips. Love the improvements to the buffet and rooms. It was and easy walk to the other hotels in the area and shopping.

Booked a 4 night stay in March during March Madness. As it was a huge problem finding a room in Vegas I chose this hotel due to proximity of my conference. What a mistake! This hotel is truly awful. The room in the Royal tower wasn't bad - it was the smell throughout the property that forced me to leave...

I stayed here for 3 nights on business in a 2 queen room in the Royal Tower and I had no major problems or complaints. My room looked out at the strip and the Tropicana hotel across the street. It had a partial view of the mountain and the sunrise view would have been amazing if it wasn't half blocked...
