Just arrived from our 17 hour flight travel, this hotel could offer nothing more than the keys for our (clean and ok) room. A Double Tree hotel should make the difference, a simple warm welcome explaining the facilities of the hotel (breakfast possibilities, ... ) would already turned this impersonal hotel in a more family friendly stay..

On reading a few reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. My friend and I stayed here for 4 days. We had a room on the 17th floor that had a view over the pool and NYNY. Our room was clean and the bathroom was big. It was quiet on our floor except for our neighbours who spoke very loudly....

I made reservations at the Tropicana via the Team Member Travel Program for my brother's 21st birthday. Upon arrival the front desk agent I spoke to, Elena, upgraded my reservation from the Club tower to Paradise and gave my brother a little treat to help celebrate his birthday. She was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are simple and tasteful,...

I found the hotel to be much better than my last stay years ago. The pool is still a big attraction, as it is very large and beautiful. The location is perfect right near the center of everything but not as expensive as some of the others. It is still your typical vegas hotel, but I enjoyed it and would...

For all the fun people who want to be the in the heart of Las Vegas but return home every evening to a less noiser hotel , this is place to stay ! I just found all the "high end" hotels very noisy and cluttered as soon as you enter the lobby ! My only complain with the Tropicana was...

The recently updated Tropicana is a nice, less expensive place to stay on The Strip. The rooms are clean, quiet and nicely appointed. However, the casino is smaller than most and the options for eating are poor. The Beach Cafe had good food, but it definitely needs a new manager. The service was horrendous, orders were wrong, and the staff...

I have stayed at the Tropicana Hotel many times. The reason we go is for the pool. But they have chosen only to open half the pool on the weekdays, siting that it costs them too much money to open a full pool. They have done so many millions of dollars of renovations yet they refuse to allow the guests...

I walked through the old Trop about 10 years ago and I was unimpressed but things have certainly changed. The new Tropicana Las Vegas has been renovated in recent years and what a difference! There are still some signs of the old Trop but for the most part it is a whole new feel. We stayed in the Club Tower...

So where to start!! Firstly I am not one to complain much, I look at the positive side of life always!! But I now know that when doing Vegas there are no options other than Wynn, Aria, Palazzo, Venetian or Bellagio!! I love those resorts for not only 5* quality but CLEAN, QUIET, SOUNDPROOF ROOMS, SPOILING and FRIENDLY atmosphere!! I...

All of the employees I met were very helpful and friendly. The building is being cared for and is clean and cool. The location is very good if you are interested in visiting surrounding properties. The casino is clean and the air surprisingly fresh. There are several choices for dining from food court to high end available. We very much...
