Excellent hotel; always nice to be in a suite providing a separate area for eating as well as watching tv. Bathroom is large enough to provide a separate tub, double vanity area, separate shower (not sure why one would need a small tv in the bathroom but it was there above one of the sink areas.) Good security area before being allowed to take the elevators (saw two separate incidents where the security stopped couple of people from entering because they either did nat have a hotel key card or it was expired.) Housekeeping was very accommodating and efficient.

Location, amenities, activities nearby all great! Would definitely recommend. The rooms are huge! And a great value. Now my experience was not without some negatives. 1st we arrived to our room to find food still in the fridge. Called front desk and they said it would be handled. After returning to room hours later the food was still in the fridge. When I called front desk they stated it was marked complete and would send someone else again. The promptly came and cleaned. We later discovered socks in the closet from previous guest and several surfaces were dusty. The room was not fully cleaned when we arrived which was a huge disappointment for the service we expected here. Overall good stay.

I have stayed at the Venetian at least 5 different occasions. We have been to Vegas 12+ times and after our first trip to the Venetian said we would never stay anywhere else. For the bad things that happen to you on your trip....it happens everywhere on occasion. The resort fee that is being complained about is charged everywhere now...get use to it. We travel all over the world and every resort we go to now a days charges a resort fee. Every time we have stayed we have upgraded suites and were very happy with our choice. I am sorry some of you have had bad experiences or some of you are complaining just to complain so you can try and get something for free or a reduced price. This happens in almost every retail business. I have been a executive manager is various different businesses and see it all the time. We are going there again in April and putting our trip in Deanna wasilenko a casino marketing executive and she has made everything so easy to get booked. We are elite reward members and can't wait to make it to the next level. .Keep up the good work Venetian team...see you in April

Overall the hotel was nice, the rooms clean and the staff was very nice but save yourself some money on the suites! We came for Shot Show and spent over 4k for a suite. The room was very nice and clean but for 4k you do NOT get a refrigerator, coffee pot or other small things that I have gotten with lesser rooms. If you use their refrigerator already in the room, it is a $150 charge so you have to RENT ONE. Yes rent a refrigerator on a 4k room! At check in, the first thing the gentleman tries to do is sell us on a bigger suite for $175 more per night. It took a couple no's from the high pressure sales pitch to finally get it across we were fine with where we were at. The nice upgrades for the suites you get at the other hotels do not exist here. The concierge service was not very helpful about the two things we asked about and one was setting up a spa day, "just call the spa" was the answer. The valet service is interesting. The staff is great but they keep minimal staff for valet. When you go to park, you might have to wait 5-15 minutes in the "road" before they even move the cones out of the way (and you must show you are staying there) just to get in to park at the valet stand. Valet pick up was on average 15 minute wait times which was not horrible but leave your self some extra time. The canal shops are supposed to be open till 9pm but several will close as early as 6pm which was disappointing if you are wanting to shop. Great staff and good food did make it a nice place to stay overall.
