everything was fine except for the first two days the room had a odor I guess the rugs did not dry throughly enough need too have fan to aid in drying process but overall the staff was outstanding and the rooms were spacious and the little store provided the things needed to start your day

The accommodation at The Polo made our first visit to Vegas very enjoyable, my sister and I shared a studio, which was comfortable enough got us The staff we're very pleasant and helpful. I liked that the location was set back off the strip , yet very accessible to everything. I felt like I was at a resort when visiting... More

The location of this place is great but the studio room size is really small. It has a murphy bed and thankfully, a balcony because we had to put the coffee table on the balcony so we could actually walk around the bed when it was down. The balcony does not have patio chairs on it so we asked if... More

Second stay here within a year and would certainly return without hesitation. We upgraded to a bigger room this year and noticed the benefit. Just set back from the strip makes it that little bit quieter. Room was excellent, well equipped kitchen area and decent size lounge/dining area. Lovely big bedroom with huge bed and adjoining large bathroom with twin... More

As a member of Diamond Resorts International, I'm probably a little biased. Polo Tower Suites is everything I expect in a hotel and more. From the Reception Desk to the Concierge to the Bell Captain, when you enter this hotel the atmosphere is always welcoming. The suites provide all the comforts of home. If you'd like to go to a... This is a time-share facility. Beware, the studio rooms include a queen size murphy bed, so if you're looking for the luxury of a king, or a separate seating area other than your bed, you're out of luck. The room just fits the bed and the dresser. You do get a coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge. Also, it has... More

Having stayed at Polo Towers twice and at two different towers and room types I understand the differences. Last year stayed in the Villas tower with a partial strip view on the 12th floor, me and the hubby. The view was nice and the room decor was beautiful. It has a more modern feel. Sculptures, modern couches and tables, pictures... More

For such a fantastic location, and awesome accommodation the staff massively let this place down. Unless you are prepared to part the cash with the concierges they literally don't want to know you, not helpful at all, we were there for our wedding and the family have been members of Diamond for 15+ years but they did not make a... This was my second stay at Polo Towers. Both times I had a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The location of this hotel was great - just a short walk down a driveway to get to The Strip. The kitchen was well-stocked and the furnishings were comfortable... More

As a Diamond Resorts International member I know the quality of the premises they operate and was not disappointed by this, their head office. We had a 2 bed/2 bath villa on the 12th floor in the third tower. Good location, between the Miracle Mile shops and Harley Davidson café. Able to walk comfortably (in the evening) along the strip,...
