I booked this hotel because everything seemed great! Great amenities, not too close and not to far from the strip, and the price seemed reasonable. When we arrived to the hotel the front desk agent seemed nice and helpful. She asked if we preferred smoking or non-smoking, I selected non-smoking. I then asked if we could have a room with...

We were in the Luxery Tower for 3 days, 2 nights. Were we in for a surprise. We arrived in the hotel on Sunday afternoon, gambled for about an hour, went to our room to take a nap before dinner with friends. At approximately 5:45 our smoke alarm alerted. [No, it did not 'peep' it went off.} We dressed immediately,...

Great Hotel, Casino. the food buffet is great no matter what time of the day. If you have their "card" you will only ppay $5.99 for breakfast, with a spread you won't believe. We stay at the KOA campground at Circus, Circus, but drive over the bridge to eat.

When you check in they het you with a service charge...nearly $20 per room. Booked a king tower room got a room in the courtyard with two small beds. Hallway has an odor and rooms lack any wow factor.

Check in was fast and easy. Bell hop brought our bags up after UNITED lost them. They were beaten up bad. I found all the bad reviews to be wrong. There was no bad smell. The room was really nice and clean. The one serious issue was a short in the bathroom light switch caused by splashing water. Someone came...

I recommend the tower rooms, have never had a problem with them. Modern, always clean with no funny smells and bug free! Good eats at Grand Cafe (Thoy...

Room 1010 upon arrival was dirty, the desk chair had opened empty sugar packets on it along with potato chips. After booking my room ahead online The Palace charged me another fee of $14.99 plus tax per day for things like a phone, which did not work. It was so dirty it looked as if it didn't work since it...

Stayed in the hotel for two weeks from July 29 through Aug 11th.We originally were supposed to stay in the courtyard rooms but upon seeing them we promptly upgraded to the tower rooms. They were ok..not elegant but clean and certainly more liveable then the tiny courtyard rooms. The staff was wonderful for the most part, except when I lost...

Ok where do I start? I thought the hotel rooms were really nice, clean and for a 3 star I haveto say I have stayed in worse 4 stars!! clean comfy, definitely more of a 4 star by British terms. We stayed in the tower, which I would certainly recommend as it was really quiet and had fantastic views. The...
