The place is clean and the casino area doesn't stinks with smokes. The only problem is they charged to use their WIFI. They already charged a resort fee but WIFI is not free. Will not stay with them again and will not recommend it with anyone.

On our way to the Grand Canyon we stopped in Vegas. Since we have done the strip stay before, we opted for off strip this time, to avoid the high resort fees. While parking was plentiful, the actual hotel was confusing as the check in is in a small area in the casino. When you come in from the parking...

Absolutely had the worst Vegas experience off the strip. Usually stay at the Tropicana when I'm in town, but this time I had my semi truck and needed a place to park it. First started with the non existent of comps for gambling. There is none! When asked about maybe getting a free buffet or hotel, was told "we'll see"....

Upon our arrival we were a little concerned about the hotel due to so many soilders. We were unaware of thr red flag convention that was taking place. We were upgraded to a petite suite with a marvelous view. The staff were exceptional and our stay was absolutely wonderful

I think the room was great. No complaints there. There were a few items that made our 1st stay at Palace Station difficult. The parking was plentiful but it was unclear where the hotel entry was. I would have liked it see signage that said, "Hotel Check-in". If it was there, we really didn't see it. Perhaps we should have...

I have been to Vegas around 15 times so far and this is my first and favourite hotel. It is located off the strip but there is a free shuttle bus several times a day to and from the strip. The food in the Feast buffet is excelent value and I also like the bingo lounge which plays every two hours...

Room in tower decent. Upgraded to tower after hearing the courtyard room was nasty. Decent buffet. Players club offered me a free buffet but not my hubby. Friendly front desk. OK casino. Prefer Sante Fe Station.

Rooms are OK, nothing special. Bed was fine. Shower head was too low and I'm average height. Bathroom was clean but no tub. My best feature of this hotel was the ability to park close to my room. Very short walk. Stayed in Patio room on 2nd floor. No elevator. Food in the Cafe was great value and wonderful service....

Stayed 8-13 Jan, 2017. Free parking for guests, check-in was fast and easy with attentive clerk. Ample and nice double room on the Courtyard section. No elevators for second floor. You can get great rates sun-thu! Close to the strip and all its attractions. Had an issue with shower drain clogged, but they took care of it right away! Thank...
