This was my second visit to The Orleans and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. We stayed 3 nights over the Memorial Day Weekend and found it to be very comfortable as well as convenient to accessing other sites in Vegas. The original room assigned smelled of smoke but we were quickly moved to another room...

We stayed 1 night in June 2012, and would have liked more tiime to enjoy the excellent facilities. Room large, spacious and well furnished, with huge King bed that was very comfortable. Bathroom spotlessly clean with powerful shower over bath. Settee placed near the window, that overlooked the large pool area. A very relaxing atmosphere in the room. Some noise...

We stayed at the Orleans for 4 days in June. The room was spacious and clean but very basic. Large king bed, comfortable mattress. The casino was quite smoky, but most of them are in Vegas. In the evenings there was often a long lineup to get to the elevator, which was a bit annoying. Staff were friendly and the...

This is not a four-star hotel. After y7 stays within the past 4 years, we would rate it a solid 3. This place is for the average person who does not need opulance, but wants a large clean room in a friendly place with lots of food choices, tons of machines and very friendly staff at lower limit tables. The...

We have stayed here several times in the past and used to refer to it as a great place to stay. After about 2 years, we decided we would use our room offer and stay a couple nights for our anniversary. I reserved the room at the beginning of May for a June 12th and 13th stay. I called a...

After my brother had booked our 5-day stay online for family of 3, then I read reviews here and was taken aback by the many negative reviews here. So I arrived there quite worrisome. Turned out, things are not as bad. Yes, the cigarette smoke control is horrible especially at the casino area and food court but once we reach...

Hi everyone, I just had a night at the Orleans. The price was excellent (37 bucks).... the rooms are really big which was nice. The towels are rough, the mattress is old where we were sinking in the middle and the pillows are not very good. The tv is kind of old but there are pay movies which is always...

This year was our 13th yearly trip spent celebrating Boy's Birthday weekend in Las Vegas. We have stayed at The Orleans since my friend was married there 14 years ago, and will continue to return for the incredible time. It's got everything at a very reasonable price. I love the helpful staff, the friendly tables, and the great outfits on...

I'm in this hotel as I type this. We have a sink and a tub full of water that won't drain. Our towels are obviously not clean. My wife got out of the shower and now smells very strange. The bed sheet had a crusty stain on it. Do not stay here. Just don't.

Granted Nevada is California's smoking section, l but I had a hard time escaping the cigarette smoke -- even in the eating areas and on non-smoking floors. Our room was on the sixth floor (non-smoking) and more than once people were in the hall near the elevator smoking. One room had a burning cigarette just lying on the carpet outside...

Thanks for your recent post, your opinions matter to us. Sorry that you had so many issues with people violating the smoking policy on the non-smoking floor, but glad that security was responsive. We appreciate your positive comments on the bathroom, bed and the restaurants mentioned. We will have the air unit checked. We hope you will visit us again...
