Rooms are big, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are really good, big and clean. The view was amazing. It is a really pretty hotel, too bad that we went during winter and we couldn't enjoy the swim. It is a little far away but you have a tram that can get you to the 2 next hotels. The only reason why...

This place is designed to squeeze money out of your pockets. There is no service focus, all about extra charge and making you stay on the property and spend your money there. 1hr queue on room service, 5$ to get a Cork screw to the room, unintelligent robots working at the front desk etc. Wouldn't recommend it at all. Nice...

Visited Mandalay Bay for the New Years weekend, and had a great time as usual. Great selection of restaurants on this property, and enjoyed many of them. A couple of my "go to" spots are Burger Bar and Stripsteak. Yes - if you want a great burger -Burger Bar will work, and if you want a great steak -Stripsteak is...

I have been to Vegas quite a few times so this review is from the perspective of a seasoned Vegas traveler. This hotel is right across the street from the airport and really at the beginning of the Las Vegas strip. The down side to this is that if you want to be in the middle of the action you...

Disappointed. I should have read the reviews before booking our reservation. The hotel charges its guests $10.00 a day to park. If you want to valet, it's 18.00 a day, and that is for hotel guests. Also, the resort fee does not include access to the gym, only to the "cardio center." The spa is nice, but not as nice...

We were here for our second year in a row for business. Not for a conference at the hotel itself but to stay while we were at off-site meetings. Location is great for business as you avoid the traffic jams mid-strip and it's easy to catch a taxi/Uber/limo from the 'beach level' (bottom level) entrance. Being on the South end...

This was the second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is very pretty. Rooms are nice and large. Great bathrooms. However be aware that if the hotel is busy (when we stayed there were two conventions going on), you might be awaken up a ton! The hallway walls must be paper thin because just about every other night...

The check-in took 1,5 hours (!) and we got room from 3rd floor facing the central aircon systems. We then complaint it at the check-in desk and got room from the 30th floor after 15 mins. Didn't want to try "the 20 dollar trick" at the check-in because usually normal and appropriate complaint gets you the same result (but takes...
