I stayed here for two nights with my friend and were both in our early twenties. First impression of the hotel was not great, purely because the receptionist was very rude, telling me he was going to cancel my booking because I was using my mums credit card. I understand where he could be coming from but until 5 star...

We purchased a Groupon, for a very reasonable price! Only stayed one night but the hotel was very cool, lots of fun artifacts of musicians, really cool to walk around and take pictures and the casino was great! The room was very clean. The pool was really nice. Had fun, would love to see a band here, next visit hopefully!

Cheap prices, nice people, beautiful pool side view, luxurious rooms and you feel like a rock star! We only paid $50 a night with an awesome hotwire deal! 5 minute cab or shuttle ride to the strip but who needs all that glam when you got a huge casino and pool on site!

We stayed for a weekend. The hotel was good, nice nightlife. We were assigned by the pool. It was too noisy. Great pool. We got confused because of the parking lots. Remember there are two parking towers.

Great service at the front desk from Joi very helpful and courteous and great service from Miriam in the HRH Tower!!! Highly Recommend Room was very spacious and clean! The Memorabilia throughout the hotel and casino was incredible and could spend hours looking at everything. I will definitely go back and check out some of the concerts in the future...

We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel as part of the Mountain West basketball tournament and had several issues. We've stayed here the last few years and have always had a great experience. Not so this time. First off, the front desk was incredibly unhelpful as we tried to check in. We arrived after 3pm, but was told that...

My fiancee and I booked our room at the Hard Rock so that we could stay in the same hotel as the show we were attending and boy where we not disappointed!!! The staff was amazing as were the rooms! I don't think I have slept in a more comfortable bed while traveling! The rooms were immaculate as were all...

Nothing special and it's off the strip. We went there to go to the Vinyl club to see Rascal Flatts band members perform with another band. They were great and played a lot of rock and roll. The casino is small and there isn't a variety of food and the restaurants closed early. Too far off the strip for me

We have stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel the last few years when we go to the Mountain West Basketball Tournament as you can walk to the Thomas & Mack Center and food and rooms are great and the price is competitive!

What a great time. We were there for four nights attending a college basketball tourney at Thomas and Mack (walking distance). What continued to impress us was the massive ventilation system that seemed to recirculate the air in our room about every thirty minutes. More important, you never felt like you were in a smokey casino. Occasionally you would smell...
