The D Hotel Staff really try their Best to accommodate the guests however my room really needed a much deeper cleaning from top to bottom. From the carpet to the bathroom sink basin it all needed to be touched up and detailed in order for it to be remotely accepted for guests . Oh and the multiple long hairs on the bed didn’t help my idea of an acceptable room either. Now the Manager Ms. Breeher was very accommodating and provided me with some food comp fundsi on my room account you can’t ask for anything more from management in my opinion. The Hotel is Old , dated , and lacks sophistication however the staff , location , and price make up for the few misgivings . I am going to hold my review at an even 3 stars until the Cleaning Staff steps up their game and rises to the occasion in this “ Covid 19 “ era where there really is no excuse for a clean room whatever year the Hotel was built. I still recommend that prospective visitors consider this Hotel for all reasons I mentioned above. Thanks, Scott.

Las Vegas isn't what it used to be. The deafening music played at all hours of the day in the casinos was nauseating. The concierge was very seldom there and not very helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. If you don't get there early they give your room away and you get whatever they have left. Beware that the shuttles no longer run and the cabbies won't guarantee any time so plan accordingly to get back to the airport. Booked a limo service to get back to the airport ($95) and they never showed. Won't be going back.

The recorded music starts on the stage just below the hotel entrance at 6PM. At 9 or 10 the "live" music starts (this is when it gets really loud) and goes until about 1 or 2 AM and then it's back to the recorded music until 4AM. Stayed there 3 nights and got about 6 hours sleep total, And the music in the casino itself is enough to drive you crazy. And one more thing . . . why aren't there any coffee pots in the rooms. If you want morning coffee you have to wait until 6AM and go to the McDonalds in the corner or the coffee stand by the elevators.

Don’t request a quite room, they will lie and say it is but it’s not. I requested a quote room, the guy at the front desk assured me it would be, that was a joke! So just know going in that even if they say it’s quite its not! The room was ok, the $30 a night “resort” fee is a rip off. This is not a resort. The room was never cleaned, we stayed 3 nights, which is ok, but I shouldn’t have to hunt down more towels. Got 2 towels in a room with 2 beds. The location is good is the best thing I can say about this hotel.

My husband and i go to Vegas twice a year and ALWAYS stay at The D as we really like the location and accommodations. However, this trip will probably be our last stay at The D. My 2 sister-in-laws and brother-in-law came with us this time and I had booked a handicapped room (4 months in advance) for my sister-in-law. When we checked in, they had no handicapped rooms available. However, they did say they would try to get her one the next morning. It did not happen and she was forced to stay in a room that was unsafe for her AND she could not shower. I think this is unacceptable. All they did was refund PART of her resort fee. That was it. I guess you got to spend big bucks to get any customer service. They have lost our business which is sad because we enjoyed staying there over the years. Also was not aware that there would be a big part across the street until 2 am on a Sunday night. I could not go to sleep until it was over. Usually never have a problem but it was over the top LOUD.
