A lot of smoke in gambling hall but I have already booked again. Loved the rooms, location and the service, the shows that go on in the atrium are also fun to watch. A little old school but that is why I liked it

We stayed at Sams Town because our favorite hotels were all taken up with EDC. We chose it because we had visited a couple years back and went to the laser light show. The "park" is awesome and so much better at night than it was when we had visited in the past. There is a rustic restaurant or bar...

I have stayed here several times, but it had been a few years since my last visit. Upon check in I went up to my room to find fast food bags and the bed unmade in my room. I went back down the long hallway to the elevators, got back in line to address this situation with the hotel staff....

Thank you for your recent visit to Sam's Town. I'm glad to read that you enjoyed playing at the tables and seeing a movie and bowling while at Sam's Town. I am sorry that you found some of the service provided by our team members to be less than exceptional and am certain that when you brought the matter to...

First time staying here but have stayed at other B Connected properties. Rooms are very nice - not as nice as Orleans, better than Coast. On check-in I asked for a "quiet" room, was given room 861 - faces away from atrium. I think you CAN request an atrium room but they cost more. Elevators come quickly, and are in...

Just wanted to update tripadvisor as a lot of reviewers have recommended asking for rooms which face the atrium for the light show etc... I have just spoken to Sams town and this is not possible. I rang them to ask what type of room I have got (I booked flight and hotel through a travel agent) and was given...

I have been staying at Sam's town for several years. In our most recent stay we decided to try the restaurants in Sam's since we usually go to some different casino just for a change of view. First let me say that Sam's town has great rooms and the staff at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. OK,...

Sam's Town is a decent place off the strip if you need somewhere inexpensive to stay. The rooms are ok and comfortable, nothing special. They have several restaurant options, bingo, bowling, movie theaters and of course a decent casino with some low limits which is nice. Its not too far off the strip that you can move around to different...

I booked this hotel on a heavy-discount website and got a great rate. Then they upgraded me to a mini-suite upon check-in. It was a handicapped accessible room, which I wasn't thrilled about, but the room itself was modern and beautifully decorated, with a 65" flat-screen ad what looked to be a second 50" flat-screen. The bathroom was large. Noise...

Many people only go to Las Vegas to stay and play on the Strip. Others want a nice place to gamble, and visit a few sites, and get great value. Sam's Town is the later. Their prices are very reasonable. They have a laser/water show in their central Mystic Falls Park, as well as dining options and a central bar....
