We only stayed two nights but right from when we turned up it was very professional. We had driven for 12 hours and they made a big fuss over the kids at check-in. The room was huge and allowed us to sort all of our stuff out. In-room dining took a while but was really good. And the pools etc....

First thing I loved about this resort is the view we had. It was really amazing!! Also, there were no lines whatsoever!!! Every other hotel we walked to, there were always long lines for check-in and check-out. Our room was not ready so they kept our bags for us. We were able to use the spa to freshen up while...

We stayed for seven nights from 29th September. Regular travellers to LV, and this hotel cannot be beaten. Pool area and service just fantastic. So relaxing and enjoyable. We have stayed in most LV hotels, but this one has to be the best. Our room was a little tired looking but understand that they are being upgraded soon. Special. Can't...

The Four Seasons provides first class in everything from service, rooms, food, concierge, to the pool. It is an oasis away from all the chaos of the strip, yet it is convenient to all the show venues and casinos. The customer service is impeccable which is a rarity these days. We had an outstanding meal at Charlie Palmer and the...

We were staying at THE HOTEL at Mandalay in Las Vegas to attend a friend's wedding on Saturday, October 6th at the Four Seasons. We were pleased with our hotel and it is on the same property with Mandalay Bay and the Four Seasons. We walked over and spoke to the concierge at the Four Seasons a day before the...

Wave pool and lazy river 'fast' was awesome for the kids and adults too. This hotel is not congested with perfumes and smoke. Very airy, clean, hotel... The gym made us want to workout. Headsets on every machine and nothing missing. All is cleanned upon use and ucaliptis steem room silkafied our skin. No extra charges for gym, internet included,...

Our first trip to Las Vegas, and what a fantastic welcoming we received at the Four Seasons. For 8 days we were provided with an extremely high level of service. I cannot fault one aspect of it. The suite we had was fabulous - albeit was quite dark. I understand their rooms are about to undergo renovation however. Def would...

We stayed here for 2 weeks in late August, early September and everything was outstanding. The niggles that we experienced in last year's trip were nonexistent this time around. From check in at 11pm where we were directed to our room by the Assistant Manager, to finally trying the Happy Hour at the Verandah Bar (apparently the Slider was awesome!),...

Quiet hotel with access to the casinos and shows. First class rooms and restaurants. Professional service throughout especially the concierge. Hotel location a good way to visit Las Vegas since the hotel keeps things quiet and private for its guests. Another teriffic visit as we stayed at the Four Seasons at Troon the previous week.

The staff were outstanding. Front desk, pool, bellmen - everyone! I was always being offered water. Dinner at the steak house in the hotel was excellent, too! I would gladly stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Las Vegas on my own. Unfortunately, I stay at the hotel where my conference is being held almost every...
