This was our first trip to this property. It is modern and updated. The rooms are spacious and well done. There is great attention to detail in the rooms with all the upgrades and luxuries you would expect from this brand. The employees universally are warm and welcoming. However the food cost in the restaurant for breakfast etc...is extremely expensive...

Very smooth check in although there are some works being carried out in the lobby area. I was very unsatisfied with the allocated room, after many emails and coversations with the reservation team requesting a quiet suite i was still given one outside the elevator lobby. to cut a long story short I moved up to a sunset sunrise suite...

Nice quiet hotel. It is based on the top 6 floors of Mandalay Bay. You can enter through Mandalay Bay, but check in is better through its own entrance. Rooms spacious, bathroom more than adequate. hanging for clothes was tiny!

My husband and i stayed in Las Vegas at the Four Seasons Hotel. We loved our stay. It was quiet and elegant with wonderful service. The Staff is well trained. For action, the lovely Mandalay Bay is right next door.

We are huge fans of Four Seasons and have wanted to stay at the Four Seasons Las Vegas for many years. We knew it was located at the top of the Mandalay Bay, so we realized it would not be your typical Four Seasons experience. The separate lobby and entrance were nice as it made for a much more pleasant...

An oasis of peace at the end of the otherwise exciting/appalling scene that is Las Vegas. Excellent staff, rooms and service. Not even a casino - it is attached in the adjacent Mandalay Bay, but you can completely avoid it.

This is our 5th time here and it's still a treat to stay here. We stayed on an Amex FHR plan-best value-they matched the FS price plus add breakfast and a $85 dinner credit. We stayed in a superior room on the 39th floor (highest level). Very nice and quiet. The service here is top notch and hard to beat.

Based on some of the negative reviews I was expecting perhaps a few hiccups in the standard of excellence that the Four Seasons brand is known for. Fortunately, we experienced no negatives whatsoever. The service, cleanliness, ambience--everything--was absolutely superb. I dont think we will stay anywhere else in Vegas from now on. The Four Seasons is a spectacular hotel and...
