We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Four Seasons in Vegas. It is at the very south end of the strip and if you wanted to avoid the strip and the crowds it’s a great place to stay. No casino and no smell of smoke in the hotel. Room was extremely comfortable the hotel felt very safe and complaint with covid necessities. The staff checked our temperature at entry and had us sign statements on our health symptoms etc The lobby and restaurant were not crowded at all. We were socially distanced from other folks. The NYE celebrations was very safely and well planned Service was excellent We went for a bunch of hikes to parks and national reserve areas and it was a really good experience. We walked through the strip one time mostly outdoors unless we needed to go in.... we were glad we were at Four Seasons since mid strip seemed very crowded and we didn’t feel as safe The only reason I am giving it a 4 stars instead of the 5 is because we had one bad experience that marred our otherwise perfect stay. We chose a pet friendly hotel with really great reviews so we took our 7 lb terrier Ace with us.... Ace was with us when we were checking in and we sat with him and ate dinner right in front of the check in counter after we finished checking in. The next day we had to leave our dog for about an hour or hour and a half to view the shark reef which would not allow pets. While waiting to get into shark reef I got a call from the hotel front desk asking if we had a dog in the room and I said yes..... I was sharply told that I had to pay and declare if we had a dog! It was the first time we were informed and had no issues with paying any fee and would have gladly had done so right at check in...... it could have been handled much better by asking and informing to get this sorted. The way it was handled seemed rude and accusatory rather than informing us. We were told there were complaints about our little dog barking and they would need us to return immediately to take care if it. When we explained we were next door and will be back in an hour or so it all was sorted out and fine. We paid the pet fees as charged and we received a pet bed and bowls and treats for our pooch. Ace loved the treats provided All but this one incident was exemplary.....service cleanliness comfort and food …
Such a great stay. Myself, daughter, and singing Shih Tzu stayed for one day. The service was to notch. Even gave my dog a bed, water dish, food dish, and 3 delicious bone treats and King Caesar went wild. He truly felt like a King! The room smelled great! It was super clean. We saw the strip, and the service again was excellent. I am SUPER picky about where I stay. At the highest level and this hotel is in my top 10 all time hotel stays. I will stay here again for sure.
Absolutely amazing experience! This hotel is like a magical, little oasis in the middle of wild Vegas! Aileen and Solange at Press made our son, Ashton feel so special every night! Marama, the concierge, went above and beyond! She was amazing! Donna in room service was so nice and made our son’s birthday morning extra special!
I see Mr. David CHARM Ayala already has his own fan club here on TripAdvisor and it’s not surprising.😊 From the moment we got out of the car we were surrounded by impeccably professional, warm, and personable people. The lady at the valet was extremely welcoming and friendly (I’m sorry I did not get her name!), and she then led us to superstar David Ayala at the front desk who helped us get into a beautiful one bedroom suite. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure all our wishes were met - but then again, “above and beyond” seems to be just normal at this Four Seasons. Service at the bar was pleasant, and Nick at the coffee bar totally remembered what type of coffee drink I like the next morning! Impressive. The gentlemen at the valet also went out of their way to give recommendations on where to eat (Thank you, Jimmy Chang!). The property is beautiful, easy access to the Mandalay Bay, and our suite had breathtaking views - sunrise and Las Vegas Strip. The rooms are not as modern as in some newer hotels, but the amazing staff at this hotel more than makes up for it. The people are definitely this hotel’s greatest asset. I am grateful I got to experience a stay at this Four Seasons. ❤️…
Our initial greeting with Mr. David Ayala was amazing. He made us feel so welcomed. He and his entire staff are stellar. Okay ladies he’s cute but I don’t know that he’s single lol. Anyway...I am a hard reviewer as you see. However the Four Seasons in Vegas has left nothing but a good taste in my mouth. We will be back! Customer service awesome! Food awesome! Housekeeping awesome! Concierge awesome! If I could give 10 starts I would. Look for my separate review on the spa which was great as well! And yes there is a TVs in the mirror of the bathroom. 🎉 Dr. Shaunda Cooper
