Price and room size where 5 star. Paint and carpet in room hallways was not what I expected as there was duct tape and drywall mud at every light fixture. Casino had a lot of choices and you would think 12 hours sitting at table in only 2 sessions and 2 poker tournaments would earn you some comps, nothing!!! Probably...

For only $60-75 per night, you can upgrade to a multi room suite, at check in only, not ahead of time online. The staff is great and no one has any problem going the extra mile. The rooms and lobbies are being updated so it looks good.

The Rio is always a great place to stay at away from the madness of the strip. It has great gaming action along with great options to eat and drink at. The Blind Burro mexican cantina always satisfys my hunger and their margaritas are awesome. The tables are always full of action and the dealers are friendly and lively.

The suites at Rio were spacious and clean. Services were prompt and accurate. Everyone was courteous and helpful when I interrupted them to ask questions. I will recommend friends and family to visit this Hotel.

The Spa experience was awesome. They have deals and the staff is beyond wonderful. They could not have been more attentive and along with services you get steam, sauna and Jacuzzi in the women's spa. the Spa also provided, fruit, juice, coffee or tea.I give 5 stars to Wendy in the Spa and 5 stars to Amber in the salon....

I usually stay on the strip but this time my husband suggested that we stay off the strip at the RIO All-Suites. He has stayed there before and enjoyed it. I actually LOVED the hotel from the service at the front desk to the restaurants, casino and everything in between. I will surely go back. For those of you that...

These folks at RIO work hard to give their guests quality attention (being off the strip). My only beef as a frequent visitor to Total Rewards properties is somehow the comps they promised in my reservation did not show up the day I arrived. Despite this, the front desk, front kiosk support, the housecleaning crew and bar/gaming staff were top...

The rooms were clean, spacious, and reasonably priced, but some things I expect in a hotel just didn't materialize. No coffee maker in the room. The pool/spa/hot tub area was closed for the season (and I didn't see any indication of that before getting here... that's my favorite part of a vacation!). They didn't really have any low priced food available...

Decent place overall. Check in was a bit of a fiasco, rarely a pleasant process though. Strip view suite has a nice view, minus the vagrants under the bridge. It's a view of the extreme contrasts of America. Room needs updating, you can get better room amenities at Holiday Inn for half the price... Shuttle service a little slow, to...

Right after hotel fires, New Years 2017 weekend. Room was a room not a suite. Found cockroaches in our room. Front desk clerk almost didn't give us a room because we had booked and pre-paid through a third party (Booking.com) and he said that made us a low priority guest. They forgot to clean our room one of our three...
