The room is run down and dated, some time the sink has swear smell also the poor bath room soap and shampoo. No coffee and fridge like use to be. Not very close to strip but close to Gold Coast which I like the Chinese food over there.

All the rooms are huge! The Resort had its heyday but its one of the CET lower end properties now and its starting to show. The Pool is nice, large and the vibe is good! The Buffet is worth it! I didnt give this property 5 star rating because the staff is rather rude. Pit bosses clearly dont want to...

The front desk wasn't alot of help, we had to pay resort fees on top of what we paid for a vacation package deal, they seem to have the most time share people of all hotels which will make you want to scream in annoyance, our a/c didn't work, our tub was dirty, and the zip line hrs weren't never correct!!

No ice bucket, no cups, no extra linens for pull out sofa, broken pull out sofa, ran out of toilet paper, shower was not great. I had to call for each of these issues and they rectified them all but I shouldn't have to call

GREAT employees and easy location to get to. Best Crap tables in Vegas with the best Dealers and Crap Supervisors. New Mexican Restaurant is an improvement in variety. Super Casino Hosts that pamper you well. We have been going to the Rio for years and it continues to improve. Needs better control of unruly drunks and "money plays" thugs by...

Nice room, slow elevators. There were 2 hugh conference groups that I know of which caused long waits in restaurants and getting an elevator. Comps were tight. Overall a nice place to stay. I would stay again.

Pros: I thought this was a decent hotel. There were ample food choices, lots of gambling options and the room was satisfactory. Cons: The part that was annoying was all of the timeshare representatives trying to sell me stuff every time I walked through the lobby. Even though I did a self check-in prior to arrival, I still had to...

The hotel was not ready for our convention. We had over 3500 people and the accommodations were average at best. The staff was pleasant. The food was okay and the service was slow. Elevator service was very slow. The rooms were a nice size but the decor was outdated.
