This is a motel. It's large and clean and nice. But it's a motel. It's close to the strip but it's a motel. I like motels. They are open and don't have miles of corridors. I like the service here, it's generally personable. This place is reasonably priced. We had bad Internet when we stayed and this was a major...

I was nervous given some of the other trip advisor reviews, but I found this place to be just fine. It was clean, the rooms are very spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that sound travels pretty well through the room walls. I was staying here for a convention (as were many others in...

Did not stay at the hotel, but came in to have drinks at the bar and we enjoyed it so much because of the service from our bartender Jerrie, we had to come back another night for dinner and drinks, was the best steak we had in Vegas...Thanks again to Jerrie and if we come back to Vegas in the...

Almost everyone across the board at this hotel were very friendly and service oriented. I was impressed with the service in the bar/resturant and especially with both Lisa and Jerrie. Clean, cheap and close to the convention center. Thanks

I was honestly pretty impressed across the board. The rooms were clean and nice, the food was very good, Brittney's service as a hostess was excellent and we were even further impressed by Jerrie as a bartender. It was a night that we expected to be decent, but turned out actually be thoroughly enjoyable.

I have to say with some regret after staying at this hotel almost every two years for the last eight- it's over!! Can you imagine, making a reservation for eight rooms for 5 nights and then adding an extra night all before 1 week of arrival and then receiving 27+ emails charging one room at a time. The list goes...

We apologize for the inconvenience that you had. When you book rooms through a 3rd party reservation system we have no control over how many emails are sent and each reservation has a separate reservation # that come over to us from the 3rd party system. We do hope that you will stay with us again and book directly with...

I will preface this review with they are very close to the convention center and one of the least expensive. However, the hotel is in need of some serious TLC! When I walked into my room I thought this was a hotel from the TV show "Hotel Hell!" Drawers unable to close; not a single outlet would keep anything plugged...

We do apologize for the inconvenience that you had at check in. When a reservation is booked on line with a 3rd party reservation company the hotel is not allowed to touch those reservations per our contract with the companies and any changes need to be done through the 3rd party on line reservation company. We do hope that you...

Less than 10 minutes to the Convention center in Las Vegas. The rooms are good, the hot water plentiful in the shower and the fridge is cold. I had a single king size bed and it was comfortable. The hotel is a little tired and the carpet is a little dirty. I keep coming back because it is close and...

I stayed here 4 years ago when this was the Best Western. Since then the rooms are the same quality but the place has gone down in some ways. But make no mistake I WILL DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN. I like it here. I am only writing this review to cajole the staff into pulling their finger out. The Rooms...

When we first checked into the hotel, I was skeptical about how it was going to go. We were under the impression that we had booked a room at a Best Western property, but were informed at the check-in counter that it hadn't been a BW for about a year. We were given a room close to the casino, restaurant,...
