My vehicle was broken into and incurred $5,000 in damages. I wasn't notified until hours after the break-in happened. We have a car alarm and the hotel advertises security cameras and security guards, yet the thief had plenty of time to rifle through my van and take what they wanted. General manager was rude and dishonest. Even accused me of...

Stayed there twice - in summers of 2015 and 2016. Inexpensive, clean and pleasant. Wonderful, big swimming pool with sparkling clean water, which is changed every two weeks. Much more quiet than on the Las Vegas Boulevard. Within some 5 to 7 minutes walking distance to Monorail and Las Vegas Convention Center. Rooms are very spacious and clean. They have...

Stayed here three nights. Place is older but seems to be fairly well maintained. Rooms are big with separate living area, kitchen (fridge and sink only), bathroom, and sleeping area. Furnishings are a bit tired but functional. Bed was comfortable. Carpet is worn and needs to be replaced. Bathroom was very clean. TV channels are limited but who wants to...

Thank you for your review. We are proud to present the Mardi Gras as an affordable alternative to the much more expensive hotels in our area. We are delighted that you enjoyed our convenient location and the value we present. We hope that you will visit us again the next time your travels bring you back to Las Vegas.

Stayed for one night only. No doubt the room size was big with partition. Two double beds were provided. Bathroom size was very small with washbasin outside the bathroom. Basic amenities like microwave oven, tea/coffee facility were not available. A.C. was not working for which had to request the front desk. Had requested for replacement of non-working table lamp and...

We regret that you experienced maintenance issues in your guestroom. We are very proud to have an excellent maintenance staff that works very hard to be responsive to guest requests. I have shared your comments with our Chief Engineer and our Guest Service manager, so that we might determine how your issues may have gone unresolved. We recognize that you...

We had a huge room, smoking. It was a really great value. Breakfast was not included but the hotel has an all you can eat breakfast for $8.95 plus tax. Compared to prices on the strip it is really good. Free shuttle service to and from the airport and the strip. Very friendly personell. We would stay there again!

Was apprehensive when I booked this room for a trade show, but was very happy with it. It isn't a new property, but the maintenance gets done, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower heads are high enough, the drains work, the room doesn't smell like a brewery, it was quiet (we were on third floor...

Thank you for your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the comfort and convenience of our spacious over-sized guestrooms. We are a very popular choice for convention goers and vendors for this very reason. I look forward to sharing your comments with our shuttle drivers to demonstrate the importance of the efforts they make to deliver a good impression....

Well, I found the MGM Grand Ghastly.....a cacophony of sound, smoking everywhere and millions of people, compared to that this was an oasis of calm......but it's pretty basic although the staff friendly and courteous, the Bar was very basic, and the clientele consisted of hard looking men covered in Tatoos....but there was no trouble while I was there.. you can...

We are happy that you found our humble environment to be a convenient and comfortable alternative to the mega-resorts on the Strip. We realize that we will never win the battle for marble, brass and glass here in Las Vegas. So our friendly team works hard to make each of our valued guests feel welcomed and appreciated. If you are looking to stay close to the Las Vegas Strip but not on it, then this is a good choice. They have a shuttle bus that will drop you at the strip at night and pick you back up and take you back to the hotel. The whole hotel is very dated though and shows signs of wear...

We appreciate you taking the time to submit your review. We are proud to present an affordable alternative the much more expensive hotels in our area. The hotel location is good, on Paradise Rd and Sands, just a 3 min drive from the Wynn, the Palazzo and the strip. Note though that other than the Convention Center and a 7-11, there's nothing else in the immediate vicinity. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. I mean if this is what $50-$55 buys in Vegas,...

We are pleased that our convenient proximity to the Convention Center met your needs. It is true that the Mardi Gras is an older hotel.
