Excellent customer service, going above and beyond at all customer touch points! Will definitely be back next time I visit LVCC (across the street) Rooms are great, normal size for Marriott, nothing fancy, but very convenient. 2 restaurants onsite plus a Starbucks cafe.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Las Vegas, located immediately next to the Las Vegas Convention Center. I chose this hotel to be near to the Convention Center for a conference, and it is indeed only a 5 minute walk. It took about 10 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. A doorman assisted me with my luggage...

I've stayed in this hotel twice. Both times were very nice. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. But nice pool area, No casino so very kid friendly. Off the strip, wasn't close enough to walk to the strip but the drive was less that 6mins. I would stay here again. Food is expensive so get food before before...

Everything was good. Nice room, friendly staff, good (though small) bar/restaurant. It's off the strip and doesn't have a casino so if that's what you want, find an alternative. I would stay here again.

Its a standard boring Renaissance experience. Generic, but clean. Nice bfast on the club floor. But the walls are so thin. Bring your earplugs. The whole room shakes when a nearby door closes. And it sounds as if the people in the hallway are inside your room. the checkin staff could also use a little more training.

I didn't pay for the room so I can't speak to the value, but everything else was awesome. We upgraded to a suite with points. It had a big half circle couch and would be excellent for entertaining, which we didn't. Plus, this style room has an additional bath which got used a ton. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Big...

Came for a convention for work. Hotel is nice and would've given a 5 if my door handle had not fallen off in my hand. Other than that this hotel was good for business stay and in a good location..........
