Where do I start? Well it really doesn't matter because all parts of my stay would get the highest 10 rating. As soon as my husband & I arrived, we noticed just how beautiful the landscaping was & how CLEAN the property was from the outside. Then we stepped into the beautiful Oasis & was equally as impressed. The resort is stunning. We were in room 710 with a beautiful view of the stunning pool. My husband and I were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary & we have spent the past 7 years at Vegas during this time. We have stayed at 7 different hotels just to fully experience Vegas BUT we have already said that we were returning to this location next year since we LOVED it so much. Everything (and I mean everything) exceeded expectations. The kitchen had full size STAINLESS steel appliances. It was a full kitchen that also included a washer and dryer. We also loved the pull-out sofa bed with the match chaise. All of the furniture would be something that I would love in my own home. The bedroom lamps were to "die for". The bedroom also had a sitting bench in the room and the bed was beyond large & comfortable. There are plenty of outlets for all of our gadgets that needed to be charged. Plenty of lighting in all the rooms. All of the furniture accessories (rugs, lamps, pictures) just blended well together for a more upscaled looked.
I appreciated how representatives would check on us via their text message system to see if everything was satisfactory during our stay being proactive rather than being reactive to situations. Every time I text for information, I received an immediate "pleasant" response. Everyone we encounter was always smiling and seem to really want to assist and LOVE their jobs. Another observation is that this place is "white glove" clean. I even took pictures of the lobby rest rooms to show just how clean everything was. There are employees cleaning all day. I even witness employees wiping down the decorative trash containers daily. I would have never known they were trash bins until my husband needed to throw away something.
The pool area is nicely kept. They even have multiple lifeguards on duty rotating each station. We ate at the WAVES bar and grill every morning for breakfast & that area too was spotless clean. This by far is one of my Vegas favorite hotels (HANDS DOWN). I have zero negatives. Kudos to the entire HGV staff. We have found our permanent hotel home.
Fyi, the server name YES, was fantastic all 4 days of our stay. She always greeted us with a genuine smile and served us well. She made our mornings and was very conversational to make us feel even more welcome.

Thermostats are programmed to only go to 75 degrees F. If the thermostat's idea of 75 is not hot enough for you, you can complain. The hotel will send someone up to adjust it, which lasts until the maid turns the HVAC off the next day.

The cheapest truck stop motel will have a window unit heat pump you can adjust to your liking. Here you can easily spend $300/night on their smaller rooms during a trade show.

There are good points to this hotel:

Small room has a microwave, mini refrigerator with working freezer tray, big traditional drip coffee maker. Large rooms have a jaccuzi and shower, living room, two TVs, full size kitchen with washer and dryer. A large room would be ideal for a small business unit war room during a show.

Convention buses pick up at this hotel, but unfortunately, they stop first at the Circus Circus hotel down the street (the cheapest hotel for most conventions at LVCC) and thus are packed with cheap Asian exhibitors. On most rides, I was the only one getting off at the Hilton. If you enjoy a walk, it's almost feasible to walk to the LVCC from the hotel.

There is an exercise room that is not too bad and an obscenely priced conveniece store/Starbucks. There is no casino or gambling of any kind, and no traditional restaurant. This is a "like to cook in your room" or go out hotel, which fits my tastes well in that regard.

The hotel charges a $25 "resort fee" for which you get two free cheap bottles of water per day, free parking, and free "DVD rentals" from a vending machine. I really admire the DVD rentals. I have not used a DVD player since the 20th Century.

Where else can you grab a room that is built for a high roller but is so affordable that almost anyone can grab it???

My job requires me to travel to Las Vegas three out of four weeks (worst places to travel to, am I right?). I have had the “privilege “ of staying at roughly 20 some odd properties over the last two years but was blown away when I found this location. I have been a regular here since October and have no plans on ever staying elsewhere.

The resort is amazing! Everything is top notch- from the entryway, to the pool, to the bar, it is all Hilton level quality. The room though is where the magic truly lives!

The 1 BR suite has a full living room, with a couch big enough for my 6’3” frame to stretch out for afternoon naps along with a super comfy arm chair. There’s a dining table that comfortably sits 4 that allows me to spread out with my laptop, iPad, notebooks and various other items without feeling cramped. Then there is a full bedroom, with a door to shut out noises and distractions. Did I mention a full kitchen with a washer and dryer???? I routinely cook dinner in the suite, and have a whole morning routine of making coffee and bagels to kick start the day.

For the price point and the amenities, this is hands down a no brained! Seriously- stop reading and start booking before this place fills up!

Great place to stay if you want to escape the throngs of people on the strip for a while.
Resort is located two blocks away from the nearest casino and though I was a solo traveler I never once felt unsafe walking to the strip. Sure you will unfortunately pass some homeless living on the street, but they did not bother me once. Lets face it what major city in America done not have homeless living on the street.

Back to the resort, $ 25 a day resort fee, covers self parking, WI-FI all over the property and DVD rental, though I did not use the DVD rental.

Pool is large and relaxing with no loud ear blasting music playing in the background, enough sun loungers around the pool.
Rooms are a fair size, I was in a one bedroom and it had everything to make me feel at home, fridge, stove microwave and dish washer in the kitchen. Bed was really comfortable and provided a good nights sleep, two large tv's jetted tub and walk in shower. Toiletries were available and if you ran out and needed more, it was just a phone call away to house keeping. Washer/dryer combo in the unit so needing fresh towels was never an issue, you just had to wash and dry them.

All in all this is a good resort to stay away from the throngs of people and the bright lights of the strip, also have to mention this resort is slot and smoke free which is an added benifit .

If I were asked if I would stay here again while in Vegas, the simple answer would be a firm yes.

Even though the services were limited, this hotel has one of the nicest room layouts of all the Hilton’s we have stayed at. The bed was extremely comfortable, the furnishings, and full kitchen were well thought out. The dining area, couch, chairs, lighting, ac, bathroom, towels, coffee maker, and utensils were first class. The crown moldings, and granite tops were also well designed and enhanced the experience.

They had an extensive line up of cable stations as well as two big screen LG Tv’s. Rooms were very quiet and hallway noise was non existent.

They have a very nice pool area, but it is hard for me to imagine a full capacity property able to accommodate that many people. They also have a nice self serve food bistro with pre made and cook to order fast food.

This is not a casino property and being at the end of the strip does not offer favorable walking conditions.

If the most important thing for you on your visit to Las Vegas is the room. Then this property is an excellent choice.

We had one of the suites, 3 bedrooms (could sleep 8) and it was very spacious. And there were lots of amenities available such as the pool/hot tub, 24 hr fitness center, family center with ping pong, large screen TV and DVD player and a Marketplace. Since it was January, we did not use the pool, even though it was heated, but our friends did use the hot tub several times. The Markeplace was a bit overpriced but I would imagine most resorts that provide something like this are the same. I would not recommend buying items there unless you were desperate. There is also a daily $25 resort fee that gives you self parking, 2 bottles of water, free movie rental and 10% off of services/products in the Spa. I must have skipped over that when reading the info on the resort when booking it. So make sure you take advantage of everything so that you get your $25 worth. The location is at the other end of the strip, away from the main casinos. You are close to Circus, Circus, The Strat and Sahara. Also, the resort does not have a formal restaurant, although I believe you can order food at the bar. The staff was very accomodating, sending texts to check in on our needs, which is something you can opt into if you want, it's not mandatory. We did NOT pick up our welcoming packet upon arrival because I had no interest in hearing the sales pitch. We like visiting Las Vegas on occasion but would not purchase a time share there.

I had the pleasure of staying at this location for a friend's and family trip. The hotel is located on the strip but further up the street going towards Fremont so we weren't in the heavy tourist traffic. Also, the hotel had a resort feel so it didn't feel like we were in Vegas. We used the Deuce (local bus) for travel up and down the strip as opposed to an Uber. It was more cost effective and the stop was directly outside the hotel. The 1 bedroom was very nicely decorated with a comfortable king sized bed and queen bed pull-out that was equally comfortable. Our room had a washer/dryer and dishes available for use in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again for the location, comfort and friendliness of the staff.

Hilton Grand Vacations is a beautiful resort with all the looks and conveniences of a 4 Star hotel. The lobby is spacious and beautiful and includes a small bar., They check in with you by text twice a week to see if you need any of your supplies restocked, Their light cleaning midweek is more than "light". The 2 BR w/Kitchen suite has two large bedrooms with King Beds and both have large bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable . And the convenience store is the most complete I've ever seen at a Timeshare resort and includes 2 free bottles of water every day. I've stayed at this resort several times and it just keeps getting better.

The resort overall was pretty nice. I was not as satisfied as I thought I would be, mainly due to the cleanliness of my unit. The most unacceptable part was that there was a dead insect inside the coffeemaker. They did bring me a brand new coffeemaker per my request, since I could still see tapes around the coffeemaker, and also the dust around it probably from the storage. There was also another dead insect on the window sill (housekeeping removed it after he delivered the coffeemaker). On top of that, the dining table was oily, as if it was not cleaned from the last reservation. The resort used a text message feature to request housekeeping, which was not efficient at all (I don't know if it was due to COVID, or shortage of staff, or any other reason). I eventually made a phone call to request housekeeping services, since the text message feature was very unreliable. After I called to report the dead insects issue, it still took awhile for housekeeping to come and replace the coffeemaker.. The dining table was never cleaned, but since it took so long to get housekeeping's attention, I didn't even bother with it anymore. There was also some misleading information about the cleaning fee between RCI and the resort website, but the manager waived the cleaning fee after I explained the misleading part to him, in which he was being understanding. Overall, it's a relatively nice resort, but I am not sure if I'd go back again after the cleanliness experience, especially during the pandemic situation....

My girlfriend and I went to Vegas to see Aerosmith and Kris Angel and get away for a few days. We LOVED this resort! It was super clean, lots of great amenities, the staff was very, very professional, welcoming and nice, and it is just a great property in general. It is located at the North end of the strip, away from the madness of the traffic and all of the hotels. We rented a car to take a few day trips(Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Red Rocks), and the parking was easy and well worth renting the car. I would recommend taking an Uber or Lyft over a taxi, as the taxi drivers took us to the wrong place twice. We had a two bedroom, with a full kitchen and a 1/2 kitchen on the 15th floor. It was wonderful!
