This visit is one that my family will never forget. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. James, Abena, and Jacob were names I remembered. I think Dobi was another name. It was hard to remember everyone. The whole staff just out did themselves. The food at Salt and Ivy was outstanding as well as the staff. Jean Georges steakhouse. Food and staff outstanding. Food and staff at Moneyline outstanding. No complaint what so ever. I will be staying there anytime I’m in Vegas.

The Aria Sky Suites set the bar high from the moment you arrive they pick you up from the airport.
The rooms are all upgraded, we have stayed twice in a Sky Suite in the last 3 months. The upgraded rooms are sleek and clean feeling. I do miss turn down service but fully understand due to Covid that is not an option at the current moment. We ordered room service twice and they were so quick even though they quote 60+ minutes, it came under 20 minutes both times. The one-bedroom penthouse strip view is my favorite room by far and highly recommend it. The one-bedroom sky suite is great too if you do not want a separate dining room/wet bar area. Aria is my favorite casino on the strip by far, we have stayed here over 10 times now. Once you book a sky suite you will never go back to the Tower Suites or a Deluxe room, that is how much the Sky Suites stand out.

Visited Vegas and stayed in Sky Suites late June/early July. Previously have always stayed in Aria regular rooms and this time stayed in the Sky Suites. Wow. More of the same wonderful Aria experience experience but just a little classier. Halls are quiet and calm, as is the guest reception and elevator bank. Liked how the entrance is tucked down a hall- gives it an exclusive feel. All staff was great. Those housekeeping ladies are so hard working and kind. Not sure how Aria does it but it really makes a difference. Loved the private pool and chair set up. Quiet and clean. We did venture over to the main pool for some good people watching! Plenty of cold water drinking water available and pool bathroom was spotless. In this age where staff shortages are a problem, Aria does not seem effected. We visited several other hotels while there and on every aspect, Aria beats them all. They seem to be constantly refreshing and cleaning so never suffers from what many other hotels do- feeling tired and dated. Also has the best line up of drinking and eating spots. Only negative is the change from original patisserie to this current form- is a down grade. Seems more generic now. Would like to see better breakfast options, including week day. We go off Aria to Mon Ami Gabi as no place at Aria competes with their breakfast! Thank you Aria and Aria Sky Suites! Love that your quality stays strong. Can’t wait to be back. Probably booking Sky Suites as that level of care….makes us feel like VIP’s!

It is really unfortunate that the training of the employees is not suitable for the hotel. Even though the check-out time is 11 o'clock, the cleaners come in at 9:30 and come in without knocking into the room to check and they check the refrigerator at 10 o'clock. . And when I asked for a service man Coke at the vip bar, he pointed his finger at the refrigerator and told me to take it out. This kind of service is something that really cheap neighborhood motels wouldn't do.

The check in was advertised as being at 3pm. I am a MGM Rewards Platinum member and ask if early check in was available since we arrived at 1030am. They said the room wasn’t ready yet but will be ready soon and will text us once it’s ready. No problem. We went to have early lunch and play some games. By the time it was 3pm, we still didn’t receive any texts. So we called to ask and was told the room was still not ready. In short, 1 room was ready at 345 and was told to wait there until the next room is ready since it’ll be quick. Nope. The second room wasn’t ready til 5pm. Wasted 1.25 hours.

The concierge service was pretty much useless at this property which is surprising for a higher end property in Vegas during slow season. When we requested for the Spa treatment booking, they said they can’t do it and told us to do it ourselves. When we asked about booking a restaurant reservation, they said the restaurant was all full. I called the Amex Concierge just in case and they were able to book both the restaurant and spa service. When I thanked them for getting a reservation at the restaurant that’s fully booked, they said it was actually easy since it’s off season currently. So Aria Concierge either lied and didn’t do the job or just incompetent.

When we asked about the late check out, they said it was based on availability so they’ll let us know. I kept asking periodically just in case and they keep saying they’ll let us know. When the check out morning came, I called again and they said it was available but for $125 per room. I told them my MGM Rewards Platinum allows me to get free late check out when available and they told me that free late check out was not available.

The rooms are nice as it’s been updated and all the tech in it are pretty cool. The location seems nice at first but you realize it’s actually awkward distance from everything. Too far to walk to things but too short to Uber or drive.

If you’re looking for higher end experience in Vegas, you’re not only looking for nice rooms but more importantly service because let’s face it, you’re not gonna be in the room very much in Vegas.

Both Wynn and MGM Grand Skylofts provides a lot better experience for higher end travelers for similar prices to Sky Suites.

So if your really looking for higher end VIP experience in Vegas, avoid Sky Suites.

Once again my husband and I stayed at the Aria sky suites in Las Vegas. Upon arrival We upgraded our one bedroom suite to the one bedroom penthouse for the first time and were floored when We opened the doors to the suite. The newly remodeled room was extremely spacious and beautifully modern. If the wet bar, 6 person table and living room excited me this much I knew the bathroom was going to be out of this world and it was. 2 separate sinks, a gorgeous soaking tub (with jets) that over looks the mountains and a steam shower with bench, will keep you in there longer than you need to be. Gleaming White tiles and sparkling white counters makes this room bright and inviting and had me smiling the whole trip. I love bathrooms.
The suites are not the only reason we stay but the service and amenities as well. From the airport pick up to evening snack at the lounge it’s all perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful at every turn and do their best to accommodate all your needs.
This is the only place we ever stay and always upgrade to the suites when possible. Next time I have my eyes set on the sky villas! Can’t wait to see what those room have in store!

I am not easily wowed. I have traveled extensively both nationally and internationally and seen a lot of resorts but the Aria sky suites deserve particular mention. Not because its gorgeous or exquisite ( you would expect that at this price level) but the little extras. Prompt, courteous and effortless transportation to and from the airport with very polite drivers who actually enjoy what they do.
Seamless check in with your own personal attendant who actually takes the time to show you round the suite and answer your amenity related questions.
What sets this place apart is the housekeeping staff. Our room was spotless when we arrived and i mean spotless. It was also kept spotless through out our stay. We had to track our housekeeper down to express our gratitude. She told us the hotel policy was extreme cleanliness 24/7.
We also felt very safe as there were security personnel at various places.

Exhorbitant food prices are the norm when you go to any resort. At the Aria, there are very many decent eating options at a variety of price ranges. You will always find a restaurant to cater to your particular needs or demands. Breakfast at the Salt and Ivy was delicious with very attentive staff.

There are a few demerits just because i have to nitpick. The VIP lounge has limited selections ( as compared to say the Hilton park lane in London, UK (forexample ). Could be better at this price level. Also felt the lounge would be better off on a higher floor instead of the first floor. Most people who come here will visit the casino, irrespective, so the lounge can be spruced up a little.

The sky suite views are probably unsurpassed. It may almost prevent you from wanting to go outside the resort . The views are that good.

You will not find a ton of people just milling around here ( apart from the casino floor) so it may not be a place for boisterous folks but we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The management should feel extremely proud of this resort in general and all their staff in particular. Everyone we interacted with did their jobs nicely and with a caring attitude.

Enough said. The tasting of the pudding is in the eating goes an old English saying. Try the sky suite . I think most people will really like it.

I returned to the Aria Sky Suites from June 5 to June 9, 2022, after not being able to travel for the last two years due to the Pandemic and was yet again amazed, just as with my previous visits. As usual, the Management and staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. The service is top notch and the atmosphere presents a sense of comfort and class. The suites and rooms have been refreshed with a new look of elegance and sophistication, which is quite impressive. All the details, from the high tech I Pad in the room that controls everything from the lights and curtains, to the TV and temperature, makes your stay seamless. It can also be used to place food orders or set alarms for wake up. For your convenience, there is also a Keurig machine in the room. Housekeeping is done twice a day which includes an evening turn down service with water, chocolates by the bedside, fresh towels and bathroom amenities replenished and ice in the ice bucket. There is a private lounge, that serves coffee, water, juices and small bites and wine and cheese in the evenings. A great place to relax. A very special thanks to Melissa B. for accommodating my requests, which made this another memorable visit for me. Aria Sky Suites is highly recommended for an unforgettable experience or any special occasion.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Aria Sky Suites mid July 2022! Everything was absolute perfection! Our vacation began by being met by our limo driver who helped to get our trip off to an excellent start. In fact, every single employee we encountered during our 3 night stay, was friendly, professional, and provided 5 star service. The check in experience was quick, easy, and comfortable. The hotel has gone under recent renovations and every single room in the Sky Suites is just gorgeous. The housekeeping staff in the Sky Suites are fantastic, they do a wonderful job servicing the rooms twice daily, leaving extra amenities that add just a little something extra to the overall experience. The pool is relaxing and very comfortable, perfect for a getaway trip! The lounge provides snacks and refreshments throughout the day and a wine service in the evening. I absolutely love the Sky Suites and can not wait to return! I highly recommend booking this hotel for your next Las Vegas stay.

I've only ever stayed in the two-bedroom penthouse in the Sky Suites, so I can only comment on that room type. The Aria Sky Suites have recently been refurnished. They were apparently going for a mid-century modern look, but what they got is furniture that mostly looks like they purchased it on clearance in the 90's. There used to be a large wooden dining table with too many chairs. That has been replaced with an incredibly cheap looking oval glass dining table with cheap looking chairs. The only thing in the room that doesn't look and feel incredibly cheap now is the coffee table, but it’s not functional. At least the old one was functional In the bedrooms, there are light switches and a tablet next to the bed. Some idiot had the bright idea to install headboards that wrap around and make it very difficult to reach the switches and tablet. The bar stools at the bar now have what I would call wings that extend upward. Those wings dig into your hips when you sit down, unless you have extremely narrow hips. Only children can comfortably sit on those bar stools. The rooms have gone from beautiful and functional to cheap, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming. I think the real goal they were trying to achieve was to make the rooms much less comfortable and much less welcoming, so people will want to spend all of their time in the casino instead of in the room. At least the rooms are still some of the quietest rooms you are ever going to find. There have been several times where the room has not been ready at check in time. One time, the room was ready when I arrived mid-morning, but that one time doesn’t make up for the multiple times I have had to wait hours after check in time to get to the room. And check out is almost never straightforward. Check your bill very closely. This most recent visit, we were not given the total amount of credit we were promised as an apology for our room not being ready. They also charged us for Valet parking (not the first time that has happened). The person at the desk lied straight to my face and said that valet parking was only free for Platinum and Noir members. I pulled up the MGM website on my phone to show her that valet parking was free for Gold tier members as well. She didn’t even look at my phone, I suspect because she already knew she was lying to me. I have been staying at the Aria Sky Suites for about a decade, and I think I might be done until they refurnish again, and make the rooms warm and welcoming, like they used to be. I would also be a bonus if rooms were ready at check in time and if they wouldn’t try to rip me off almost every time I check out.
