1st off the front desk staff was OUTSTANDING. Friendly, helpful and willing to do what they can to make your stay better. Made me feel like I was a valued customer. The room was huge! Very comfortable bed, couch, chair, dining room table with 2 chairs, sink, fridge and cabinets. Large bathroom with separate shower & soaking tub & the...

We stayed for six days to visit family in the area. LOVE that Tuscany has a main casino area and a check in desk in one building and all of the rooms are in smaller buildings! My only complaint is the check in desk is right next to the cigar bar :( I know Vegas is a smoker friendly town,...

Stayed here for 4 nights. It's not far off the strip at all like 10mins walk. Nice relaxed vibe not to crazy like some of the bigger hotels. The room we had was really really big, bathroom was nice it was clean. The keys stopped working a lot but that was the main issue. Pool got busy quick lots of...

My husband had a conference at the Mandalay Bay but hotel prices were outrageous. We chose the Tuscany due to price and location. It is a block off the strip, not a high rise, and had a nice pool. Our room was very spacious with a seating area, a dining room table, and a fridge and sink. There was no...

Checked in early received keys that didn't work I had to argue on the phone about it. 4 hours later they give me a new room with a broken air conditioner, I have to verbally battle the Manager to get a refund. I believe that the Manager should receive an education on dealing with customers. After driving 17 hours from...

It is simple - they offer excellent value for money. Huge rooms, perfect for a family of 4 and you can still dance in the room. Nice to have a kitchenette with a fridge. The resort is divided into several buildings which gives the hotel a village feel. Good front desk service, nice pool area, plenty of parking space and...

Slightly off the strip and a hidden gem. We loved our stay at the Tuscany. The room was huge - 650 square feet. Immaculately clean and very quiet. We loved the small feel with every amenity. The casino was the right size for us. We patronized the bar and Marilyn's Restaurant - highly recommend both. The pool area was lovely...

This is a nice hotel off the strip. If you are not looking for the "vegas" lights and views and just want a nice place this is it. The rooms are quiet, spacious and comfortable. Has that like at home feel to it. Down side was the shower. Water pressure low. One shelf big enough for bar of soap and...

You cannot beat the price of this place to stay in Vegas. The resort is truly beautiful and very clean . The rooms are spacious and comfortable . There is a great little coffee shop to enjoy a coffee and pastry by the pool. Everything is within easy walking distance to the strip . I enjoyed the stay very much...
