Great location, unfriendly staff. When we checked in at night ( 10:00 pm ) we asked the receptionist about an upgrade and other questions/issues we had... She just didn't respond to us and ignored our questions. We also didn't get any room cleaning while our stay. Sad...

I only played at the craps table and the slot machines. The whole staff was very friendly and courteous. The bathrooms were very cleaned and smelled nice. The dealers at the tables were interacting with us like old friends!!

I have stayed at many five star Vegas resorts and was reluctant to try out the Linq but was up for an adventure since my brothers were on a budget. The Hotel prices seemed almost too low and I was expecting the Worst rooms and Service. I was extremely surprised. Well appointed rooms, impeccably clean, fun design, elegant feel -...

We have stayed in Vegas a dozen times and absolutely loved this stay. We switched from another hotel to try something different and did not expect to get in our room...we just wanted to check luggage in and hopefully sit by pool..when the kiosk was not accepting my license a front desk supervisor JENNIFER came right over and directed us...

excellent location, nice tales. The spa was nice. Guy's resteraunt was goo. Very busy main floor and lobe, registration can be long, more clerks at times would be helpful. Very convenient to just walk out the door and be in the center of the action on Las Vegas Blvd.

I have been in this hotel last week with my family. Booked using Booking.com. The room was good but not excellent (especially for the price, see below). We booked for 4 persons but there were only 3 shower towels. In addition the bathroom door was a sliding door with a large gap towards the floor. One light was not working...

The Hotel was great. We had comfortable beds and always clean linen. Elevators were very slow. And the lineup at the registration seemed to be always full. But the food at the Nook and Guy Fieris was great. We have our rented van stolen from the valet. I hope the hotel has beefed up their security when it comes to...

My husband and I went on this hotel for 4 nights. At first we were lost in the building because we didn’t know where to go, but A very kind lady (a staff member I believe) saw and told us where the lobby was. The check-in process was very quick and well informative. But I was disappointed that they were...

At the beginning I was curious to discover this hotel, belonging to Caesar's palace. But i was disappointed, the room smelled the cigarette and the service was really basic. I couldn't open the window to let some fresh air entered.
