So I booked a room and paid in full, checked in at a kiosk, there was a tab for resort fee, did not click or accept. Never received a wifi password or use the workout facility. Checking out the last day at 5 am and told the resort fee would be charged to my credit card. Had to get to...

Nice hotel but rooms are small, hugh rain shower head however no water pressure, just not sure what the point was. Elevators are extremely slow,, they charge tp park your car, this is just unreal... Reallt nice spa however my massage was not worth what they charged for it. Probably will not be back because there are far better places...

The casino environment was great, great music, fun crowd etc but the room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed period . I had a single queen in my room and my friend that i traveled with had a king in her room and paid the same amount. My bedroom is bigger then the room I stayed in.

Room was very clean. Had a view overlooking the pool which was nice cause the weather was in the upper 80's. We recommend eating at the Hash House a go go. Casino was very spacious and all the dealers were very player friendly.

Nothing special about this place. Clean, organized space in bathroom, limited walking area around beds. Beds were firm & not comfortable, linens kept coming untucked. Noisy casino, maybe due to vinyl floors throughout. Air conditioner was loud! Two alarms went off, one at 2:00 pm, a water main break, and one two days later at 2:00 am, ? false alarm....

We arrived at a little after 11:00 PM, and there was a long line to check in. I tried the kiosks to check in,but they were a waste of time. There were two people, and they were trying to service the dumbest people in the world. They should have called for assistance to get a third person to help.It took...

Don't know what hotel other reviewers stayed at, because this was plain awful. Have stayed at all other Ceasar's properties - Paris' Ceasar's, Harrah's, Rio, Flamingo, Planet Hollywood. Usually reliably good. This was terrible. Room was extremely small. Miniature bathroom. No toiletries. (Refill type dispensers in the shower for shampoo/ soap). No amenities such as coffee or microwave. Elevators dirty....

Great location. Was there for St. Paddy's and having O'Shea's on site was very fun. There is a lot to do in close proximity. I would highly recommend this property to those trying to stay on the Strip.

WE went to Vegas to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. On check in we were given a smoking room. Told the girl at the desk that this was NO good but she refused to change room. By 6 am. I had to call the front desk and tell them that I was ill from the smoke, The room did not...

“Try the check in kiosk, it's much faster. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner attached to walls in shower. Hair dryer provided. Bring a shower cap if you use one. Grab your coffee at Starbucks in the Promenade. Good weather in March. Dress in layers if you attend a conference here. The rooms get really cold. Try the salt room in the Spa.”
