We upgraded our room to Hotel 32 and although the room was smaller than I had hoped, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complimentary pastries, granola and yogurt, coffee and drinks in the morning was a big hit for our family. We didn't even go out for breakfast.

When we arrived there was a long line to checkin. No big deal as it was Memorial Day weekend. Problem started when we got to our room. It wasn't ready. Hotel was okay, clean. Disappointed and surprised that there was no coffee pot in the room. Not sure how this was rated 4 star. The front desk, concierge and others were always helpful. AC in room was not all that cold when turned down as low as it would go. TV remote didn't work right-even though it wasn't used much.

When asked about a restaurant Yogi Berra is quoted as saying "nobody goes there anymore - it's too crowded." I fear the same thing could happen if too many people learn about Hotel 32 at the Monte Carlo. Vegas has always been one of our favorite 'get-away' trips. Love the Monte Carlo This is my first time at hotel 32. Very nice views. They have a lounge for coffee,tea,soda and water. They have fruit in the am and cookies every after noon. The room was bright and the bed was so soft. Very clean and quite. Nice to get away from the noise sometimes.The bathroom was very nice...
