Nice views on the Eiffel Tower side. Room decor and comfort is 4.7 and the bathroom is roomy. The water has a smell. The casino has a smokey scent. The breakfast at the Americano is fantastic! The Eiffel Tower restaurant is 5.0!!! High quality restaurant!
Really pleasant stay at the Paris Las Vegas. Room was large, staff was great. Nancy from the rewards center and Ronisha from the diamond check in went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was a pleasant one. Stayed at numerous hotels on the strip before. I would definitely come back to the Paris!
My main complaint is that the carpeting in the room was really dirty/stained. The pool doesn’t open until 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m., unlike other casinos with longer hours. When you walk into the hotel, you walk directly into the casino. The lobby is off to the right and not nearly as nice as other hotels. What I did like was the bathroom in the room.
Long story short: We stayed at Paris Las Vegas last month and rented two rooms. One for 7 days and family 5 days. The rooms were unkept with stains, dirt and dust. They looked like they were trashed and beds/toiletries were the only things done. We ended up having an allergic reaction: itching and rashes through out the stay and lasted for a couple days after we returned. Great way to spend an anniversary! We sent a complaint detailing the issue with pictures and videos, timeline of events and service. We received a message from Caesars customer service, Monique, gave me a generic response, blames Housekeeping and then proceeded to blame us and said we refused treatment. That wasn’t the case!! We filed a report with the EMT and followed his recommendations. The issue was escalated and a couple days later we received a call from Curtis, a Supervisor or Manager who handles issues. He apologized for the lack of service and said he’d make it right. CURTIS said he’d have Paris Las Vegas refund the resort fees for our ENTIRE stay and to expect the refund Within a week or two. Two days later I received $104.20!?? That is far less than what I was told to expect from Paris Las Vegas! We were there a full week and my MIL 5 days!! I tried reaching Curtis regarding the refund. When I called the number Curtis called from no one seems to be able to connect me with the right person. Go figure. Ghosted. No response back from him or anyone else. It was too much to expect this hotel to keep their word and follow through. Save your money. If the price seems too good to be true, beware. I have plenty of pictures of the filth that I’m willing to share. Just ask. Stay away from this overhyped motel.…
My trip was a long overdue girls weekend! I usually stay at another hotel when visiting Vegas but decided to try out this hotel. Great location! Loved the French ambiance! We arrived on a Thursday. Friday we did not ask for our room to be cleaned first thing but did make a request that it be cleaned later in the day. It did not get done. On Saturday, after a day at the pool, we returned to the room mid-afternoon. The room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced. I was left to shower and dry off with an extra washcloth. At that point, another request was made for the room to be cleaned and towels replaced. After returning from an evening out, the room was still not cleaned, only the towels were replaced. Rinse and repeat on Sunday after yet another call to schedule a room cleaning. At that point I went and spoke to someone in guest services and was refunded 3 days of resort fees. A nice gesture but feel like I should have received more. Sunday ended with our room still not being cleaned. Monday, our last day, our room was FINALLY cleaned. Remember we arrived Thursday! This stay was very disappointing. We spent a good amount of money and would have expected better service in a hotel this nice. It really put a damper on our stay, one that we had been planning for quite some time. One of the main reasons (as a mom) for a vacation is to be pampered and receive services we don’t get at home. I feel the hotel could have done a better job of refunding us for the obvious lack of service! Very doubtful I will return or recommend this hotel.…
This experience was well worth the high cost. The glass was used throughout the boat to provide great views from every angle. The personnel was first-rate; they were kind, helpful, and willing, plus they could speak English. The dinner was very outstanding—restaurant caliber, extremely French, and without any concessions for being on a boat. The views of Paris were also fantastic.
When I think of Paris, I also can't help but think of Bellagio across the street. They were built around the same time and both have a European theme to them. The difference is, in staying at both, that you can easily tell that more effort and cost has gone into maintaining the Bellagio. Paris is feeling run down, like everything needs a refresh and a coat of paint. It is not a bad hotel. From the options provided by Caesars properties, it is one of the better ones. Rooms - spacious, but in need of a refresh. Too many chips in the furniture and need for the carpets to be replaced Casino - very good. I found it spacious for the table games. The slot options were so-so. Kind of boring, generic slots. Food options - Iffy. some great places like Nobu. Gordon Ramsey steak is good, but needs to update it menu. No real change in 10 years. All sit down breakfast restaurants cost double the reward credits to eat at. Waste of my credits. I would say avoid Mon Ami and Cafe Americano. There are a bunch of quick bite places scattered throughout that were no better than a school cafeteria. The all offered the same food, which was not appealing SPA/Amenities - They are pretty poor and underwhelming. Overall, it's fine, but not somewhere I would visit on a regular basis.…
We stayed here for one night after a trip to nearby national parks. Pool already closed at 5pm and didn’t reopen until 10am. Checkout was at 11am. When we complained about this upon checkout and asked if we could use the pool in the afternoon, they wanted to charge us an additional $25…after we had already paid a $52 resort fee which they claim doesn’t cover the pool. I have travelled extensively and this is the first time a hotel has charged guests to use the pool after checkout. I don’t know if this is a Las Vegas thing or just a Paris thing, but it’s not ok to treat customers like mobile ATMs without offering an actual service. When we complained to Gina at the front desk, her response was that we should have stayed for more than one night!! We were speechless. With that attitude, we were glad we didn’t stay two nights. In summary, great hotel if you are willing to part with your hard earned money around every corner! Bad attitude. Gina needs retraining.…
I see that many people had the same problem that we did, with getting the room cleaned. We were there from June 27-July 1 and had to text several times to get the room cleaned. There was a total of 2 nights that the room was not cleaned, out of the 4. The room is outdated and we too also had a hanging lamp on the wall that was just about falling off. We texted Maintenance and it was fixed. We did not eat there at all; tended to go to the Miracle Mile restaurants or Planet Hollywood and once we went to Outback for steak. It was very reasonable but nothing special. The only thing the Paris hotel has going for it is its location. We were told they were short-staffed and I understand that, but we were also told by the receptionist that the hotel is fully-booked. Why would management fill a hotel if the rooms are not getting cleaned? Definitely would not stay there again.…
Mediocre at best. The shower was small and completely clear so it's super inconvenient getting a family ready when people need to shower and others need to brush their teeth or hair or to use the restroom. I never liked the casino floor layout, but that's just me being picky. Nothing too special about the food. As a matter of fact for the price of one their steaks you could get two elsewhere walking distance from there. The front desk staff was friendly (enough). Housekeeping was ok. The casino games staff weren't too special, but not the worst though. There were a few who's name I wish I could remember, but the Friday night graveyard craps crew were on point, friendly, and helpful. I liked the room view of the Eifel tower and Bellagio across the street. CVS is very close to get food and drinks for the room. I would stay again, but for the price I'd check elsewhere just a few hotels down the way first. Plus the hotel room comps come with fees and we know others that don't charge us.…
