We stayed at this JW for work, and expected just a bit more than what we received. There is no Griffin Club or concierge lounge, and instead of giving breakfast vouchers, the JW reduces the resort fee by a few bucks. This is not really acceptable for business travel and is a sad offering for status members. The rooms are...

Not our first stay here, but still love it. Our deluxe room was very spacious with a large bathroom, twin sinks and separate toilet room. Shower and a jetted tub. The room had plenty of storage for an extended stay: walk in closet and dresser. Two comfortable chairs as well. We were very happy with the spa as the golf...

Spent a night there and can't say much. Check in/out was less than a minute - a big plus. Room was spacious, very nice decor, bath robes provided, nice view, mattress very comfy, coffee maker to get morning coffee. Very clean. Like all about the room. Surroundings are very beautiful, good landscaping. Very quite, will stay there again. Cons -...

Over several visits this has proven to be an excellent place for people who are in Vegas to do more than sleep all day and gamble all night. Staff very efficient and friendly, casino fun and not too fast-paced, good variety of dining options and close to a lot of fun non-gambling activities. We stayed on the Strip at a...

Overall the hotel has nice facilities but it is not up to the JW luxury standard. The room is good size but the shower, linens, and towels are average quality. I expect a lot better for a JW. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was awful. No coffee refill for one of the days we were there and only...

Thank you for the overall compliment of the resort; however, I am sorry you encountered unfavorable performance with regards to the servicing of your room. And I am curious to have a better understanding of the dining quality should you have the time to discuss.

I stayed here due to location. The front desk staff is so helpful and rooms are nice. Great spa and gift shop. It's connected to the Rampart casino so you have gaming but not in the hotel and it is smoke free. Room service is fast and really good. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

Great Vegas choice without the Strip expense and crowds. Stayed here three nights in a larger king room. Plenty of space for us and toddler. Jacuzzi tub was very welcome after running trail race. Room was clean and modern. Included wifi is reasonably efficient and reliable but not fast by 2016 standards. We could connect up to six devices. Grounds...

The hotel was clean and grounds well kept. Spacious room and excellent bath. Quiet. Our "golf course view" as horrible. The course distant...you have to look across a busy highway to see it. The worst part... it costs $70+ to Uber into the heart of the casino area in Vegas at night. We were there to see a concert but...

Thank you for the compliments about the hotel and resort! Sorry the view was not as stellar as you may have wanted; but, Being an average of 20 minutes off the heart of Vegas and having traffic can be challenging at times - I hope you made it your concert and had a wonderful time!

Our stay went very well. Our room was spacious and clean. Everything worked well, even the WiFi. We took advantage of the coupon book that is handed out upon arrival and had a very good spa experience. The casino is smoky, compared to others, but the staff was helpful and, yes the crowd is older, with more wheelchairs and oxygen...

I've stayed here a number of times and the property seems to be sliding down hill. Most notably with the service / attitude. I am a Platinum Elite for life with Marriott - every time I have been here they have included breakfast as they don't have a concierge lounge. This time they tell me "we are a resort and...

Thank you for the kind words about the valet team and the rooms! Our breakfast program is something we are reviewing, especially as it pertains to our elite members; our resort has gone through various membership programs over the years. We are working on fair solution for the future - I am sorry for the inconvenience with what was expected...
