Having stayed at (and reviewed) the Cannery exactly one year ago it was interesting to compare the two visits. The property was sold to Boyd Gaming sometime later in 2016 and so far the changes (or lack of) have not been positive. The rooms, though spacious, are beginning to look a little dated. The flatscreen TV is on the small...

I enjoyed visiting, very clean, spacious and friendly, The clientele seemed to be slightly older and more relaxed than the casino's downtown, the staff were friendly and helpful, the dinner had a good selection of food at a reasonable price.

Went to check in after making reservation on Hotels.com. The check in clerk was very rude and unhelpful, told us we couldn't check in until after 3PM, it was 2 am and was told they would not refund money and offered no resolution, had to call Hotels.com to get refund. What kind of customer service is this? With so many...

We went March 28th, 2017 and stayed a week, it was a really nice place, the rooms were nice, and as it was off the strip it was quiet. Restraunts were good. We liked Snaps had a good deal on breakfast, and was good. Casino was nice there was a Wal Mart across the street. Restraunts were close. About 20...

We found this hotel to be very accommodating to my husband's needs by giving us a room near the elevator. They fixed the broken tub drain plug promptly too. Our room was excellent; comfortable beds, chairs, great TV, fridge, and a super-deep tub that I loved. The staff was super, both at the front desk and in the restaurants. Why...

Well, the first thing I want to tell you is, if you call the hotel number listed for the hotel reservations you are not talking with the hotel direct. Their booking agent is Booking.com. We booked 2 rooms non-smoking for 3 nights and received a conformation number and booking number that didn't match. At time of check-in they had us...

My sister and I booked a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms with 2 beds available so they were going to give us a room with 1 king bed (huh? When you book a room with 2 beds it usually means you need 2 beds and don't want to share...

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The hotel/casino smelled like smoke as soon as you walked in,it was overwhelming. Our room was on the 6th floor and between the smoky smell and the overwhelming sweet smell the room was not pleasant. We were only given 2 very thin towels. The room never cooled down and was dark. The curtains...
