Driving home for thanksgiving, we got caught in the snow storm passing through, we decided to pull over and stay the night at Bartons... The staff was very friendly and we got one of the last rooms, it was clean and the bed was actually comfortable...that was so nice after a long day of driving. After getting into our room... More

Every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, a huge group of our family(20+) go down to Jackpot for an overnight trip. We usually settle for Barton's because we can all book rooms semi close to each other. This year one of the rooms that a family member booked that was behind the hotel was in really rough shape. After talking... More

We stopped in Jackpot for lunch, but Pacho Villa's was closed, so we went to Barton's. The dining area was clean and quiet, without the forced gaity of casino noise. They serve breakfast all day; we were northbound, so our Pacific time sense was more attuned to breakfast than the Mountain zone's lunch. The service was fast and professional, and... More

Nope nope nope. Never again. Can't say much for the hotel as we stayed at Cactus Pete's Horseshu. But the casino and waits staff at Barron's is not good at all, and that's being polite. The casino games are really old and need refreshed. Drink service was bad to non existing depending on where you sat. I ordered one beer,... More

Check in was good, the young lady was courteous and offered us a good deal for our buck. She booked us a room in the motel behind the casino which was non smoking and no pets. You could walk down to the casino which was not far at all. We had 2 double beds which were comfortable but was so... More

Great service, wide choice of good food at reasonable prices. Choose the buffet or order from menu even at same table. Nice choice of very tasty burgers. We agree that we would definitely come back here again.

Stayed here 1 night on my road trip, going from Dubois, WY to Eureka, NV. Jackpot is a hotspot just seconds south of the Utah/Nevada border. It is fairly obvious that persons from the north come down here for their gambling/entertainment. On to the hotel... It is not a new place, but my room was clean and comfortable, and my... More

We had never eaten there before but the Blackjack dealer told us the Tuesday night special was prime rib. So we gave it a try. The prime Rib dinner was good a little on the thin side, but very taste. It came with a salad and a baked potato. We also had the Wednesday Special which was Fried chicken. It was... More

This wouldn't rate 5 stars as a casino hotel in Vegas, or compared to a $200/night Marriott room, but for the options in Jackpot, it's our favorite place to stay! Note that many of the rooms are set back from the casino. Since we were passing through, we didn't need that proximity. The room was clean, smelled good (quite to... More

We had a room attached to the casino, so there was a smoky odor in the hallways. The room was clean and fairly good sized. We had made a reservation, but had car trouble on the way. It was after the normal cancellation time when I called to say we weren't going to make it. The desk person said we... More
