Went here for Christmas lunch. First time we’ve ever ate out on Christmas Day and I must say the food was absolutely amazing here. By far the best dinner we’ve ever had. The food was all prepared fresh & the meat very tender. All the staff friendly and very welcoming. The owner came over to chat to us and it was good to give her honest feedback. Looking forward to returning in 2020. Highly recommended.

Food is very nice, had a Sunday lunch with the wife on a few occasions now and it’s always good quality, the building needs some TLC but don’t let this put you off, the 1970’s called, they want their decor back

We stopped in for lunch at the coffee shop attached to the hotel. The food was excellent and very well priced. Service was also very good. A great place to stop and eat. No frills, just very good food.

We wanted a cheap hotel as we were attending family event the next day. The two rooms were clean, very comfortable with good bathrooms we slept well inspite of the hotel being beside the road. The staff were very friendly and it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was " full English", not my cup tea but well cooked. The whole atmosphere was friendly, safe and efficient. We would stay there again.
