The room was cold. The heat didn't work. The water took forever to get warm. TV's are small. Beds are okay. Not great. No service man on site to fix the heat. Front desk personnel were nice. Carpet was dirty in my room..stained badly. Needs replaced. Walking distance to good cafe and a Subway restaurant.

This was one of the dirtiest, dusty places! My bedsheets had stains, and the gal who checked us in was rude. The water in my shower went from scalding hot to cold and back! The morning clerk was the only bright spot. Will sleep in my vehicle before here again.

We were a team of 10 members from India visiting Lincoln NE and USA for the first time for the event of FSAE. The Motel was very easy to locate. The rooms were good and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and dry too. But the best part of the Motel was the staff.. they were too generous and helpful..their hospitality.. Even...

Good thing I always check for bed bugs when staying at a motel. Found some under the mattress at the head of the bed when we arrived! Told the motel clerk at the front desk. Got a refund then left and went down the road to another motel. No bed bugs.Hope they exterminated our room but we will never know.Motel...

Clean, although way out of date! bedding, curtains, small TV in a big room so you could barely see it. Old carpets, furniture and a wimpy little coffee maker. Over priced. Sorry cobbler time for a makeover

If you like staying at hotels that are not part of a big chain then this is for you! It is a family owned inn with a wonderful restaurant across the street. Lots of fun shoemaker and other memorabilia in both the inn and the restaurant. Easy interstate access.

Treated horribly by concierge. Before we could even descend the stairs in the morning from our room, the concierge at the Cobbler Inn accused us of slamming the door and told us to be quiet in the morning. We were stunned. We had heard a door slam and it certainly wasn't from us, yet she insisted on yelling at us...

Nothing bad about the place but nothing that was great, either. Clean enough but could definitely be spruced up. Limited cold breakfast options. Appreciated having a coffee maker in the room. Large lobby area with a comfortable place to read. Easy on/off access to the interstate.

We arrived after dark and found lighting in parking lot adequate to feel safe. The antiques in the lobby were a nice touch. Staff friendly, newer furnishings, keys, and electronics are found at pricier establishments. I was thankful for some breakfast. My husband always packs his own. Room was clean, plumbing all worked.

It was late when we checked in. the room was clean but very dated. Nice people at the front desk. had no issues of any kind. The best think about the room was the a/c it was brand new and had a thermostat on it so it didn't run all night
