A good pub with a good food menu not too far off the M6, we use for a break on the long road north! Refurbished in recent years but still homely and friendly with a good range of meals from sandwiches to the full three courses, something for everyone. Beats a service station hands down if you have a bit...

After receiving an email this week to say room was going to be unreserved as we hadn't given card details was a little unusual, quick phone call to Kirsty who confirmed error on their side, was still a little concerned when checking in, just in case we hadn't got a room. No need to have worried as all was ok....

Went to the Bears Paw this afternoon for cheese boards, mince pies, teas, and coffees with friends. This is a really nice country pub/hotel, in an area with walks both short and long around the locality.

Food and service here are always excellent. Worth it every time! In the past we also had the pleasure of having a 2 night stay at The Bears Paw. We found the housekeeper was lovely and happy to talk to our very chatty 3yr old. Our room was more than big enough for our family and breakfast was perfect. Can't...

Stayed overnight and had a business dinner there. The food was good not great. Mine, Beef Bourguignon, was a bit cold, but nicely made and tasty. But as a place to stay it is great. Large, comfortable, modern and well presented rooms, quiet location (but Warmingham is a bit "middle of nowhere") and very friendly service. For the price it...

Another visit to this gastro pub We have noticed that they seem to have changed the menu slightly, but this did not bother us. We both had the meal of the steak pie and chips (they describe it far more eloquently) again there is bit of a wait as all the meals are freshly done, but its well worth the wait great...

First time for us here. Wanted somewhere handy and it's only an hour from our home. Lovely location, not far from the M6 and Middlewich but nicely "out in the country". Staff were are lovely, room huge and amazing and food very good. Nice selection of cask ales which is important to us. I have the say that the fish...

Abs brilliant pub. Really friendly place to go. The food and accommodation bit pricey. The only thing I would say a kids play would be a good purchase as in the summer it would be nice. Lovely village and nice area to have a walk
