As a group of friends we enjoyed dinner at Banyan Farm where we had a lovely evening. On the menu there is chicken parmi, differents sorts of steaks, fish and chips and some specials. Everybody loved their meals. The servings are huge so you can take home a doggy bag if you like.

It is best to make a booking and this restaurant is BYO.

Kerri and Wally Draper are wonderful hosts. Their knowledge and love of the area is unquestionable. Excellent Bistro sitting outside under cover made the experience all the more special. For the traveller heading up North would highly recommend this place to stay with beautiful gardens inviting pool and good amenities. A must do experience!

Been here for 6 weeks and have seen lots of fish caught both by tourists and the competitors in the 3 big fishing competitions. The last comp finishes today. The park is looking fantastic after a good wet season and the river is in great shape with lots of fish. Get yourself down here and catch a barra either in your own boat or use the parks fishing guide to take you out. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed here 3 nights, really enjoyed this park. Our men went up the river for a few nights fishing, and us girls enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the park itself. As it is right on the river it is excellent for fishing. It has an excellent restaurant and a wonderful roast night every Saturday night. A long way from any other attractions, but it’s mainly for people who love to fish, also lovely and quite at night. Would recommend this park to anyone.

Decided to head down to Banyan Farm for a weekend away with the family. It's a brilliant spot. Close to the water for those who like to fish, the grounds are nice, spacious, all the sites are shaded and spacious. The Sunday roast was amazing. Nice clean amenities.

Our site was a bit dusty, but that's what you get in the dry season but the majority were grassed. All sites powered but bring a double tap adapter as out site only had a single water outlet, not an issue if your got your own water as it's not drinkable unless you filter it. There is fresh water available, so again, not an issue.

Amazing pool area, even with some renovations going on. The owners are super nice and helpful, even with our late arrival.

For those who haven't been, give yourself some time as the road from Adelaide River out to Daly River is narrow and windy.

Will definitely be back.

The Banyam Farm is simply awesome. Wally, Kerry and Russel and the team really make you feel like part of the family. It is just like a camping home away from home. Superb facilities great camp spots weather for tent, caravan or motorhome. Heaps of shade, great pool, awesome bistro (in season)...Just makes me want to go back more and more....Oh, the fishing on the Daly is 2nd to none and the added reward of abundant wildlife juts adds to the experience.

A beautiful Shady oasis right on the Daly River. Owners Wally and Kerry made us most welcome. Banyan Farm has everything from all types of holiday units to shady caravan sites. The swimming pool has a Balinese theme. Banyan Farm bistro serves delicious meals 6 nights a week. Enjoy a night feasting on steak, wild caught barramundi, chicken schnitzel or maybe the Sunday roast. The menu has something for everyone even catering for children. There is a boat ramp and pontoons to moor the boat for your stay. A craft day is held once a week in the dry season. Fishing for barramundi on the river while enjoying the wonderful birdlife is a great day out and there is many other attractions in the area.
Karaoke nights and State of Origin nights make for a very happy gathering.
We had a very relaxing and happy 6 week stay and will be back next year.

Good large shady sites. Bird life great. Park looks a little tied, ramp to pontoon in need of repair. Pool very refreshing. Toilets very clean. Meals offered however I can't comment as we did not partake. Owners very helpful. Good park

This is by far the best park in the area. Private boat ramp and pontoon to moor your boat. Great fishing on the river. Friendly helpful people at happy hour to advise you on river hazards and the best fishing spots. Excellent food from the Bistro. It is suprising how many people have been coming here each year with some of them up to 18 years in a row. I will be back.

Great little place to get away to for a weekend. Situated on the Daly River it is in a beautiful area. The cabin is small but very well kept and useful. The air-conditioner is freezing cold which is fantastic as it gets very hot out there. Good TV reception however no mobile phone reception (Telstra was a bit spotty), fantastic to just get away from everything. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic and covered all your needs with all utensils required. As we went in the off season I cannot comment on the quality of the bistro or the entertainment, but the park is beautiful and the cabins fantastic. The pool is large and cool.
