Found this hidden gem on the way to Sturgis. I'm especially fond of this type of true americana- family owned motel reminiscent of the old Route 66 . Had a wonderful stay with great hospitality, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Great value for the $ and Annette made sure it…
Very friendly service, clean white sheets, nice frig and microwave - but old wood paneling, small dingy bathroom, and smaller room than other motel in town that is about the same price. We arrived late and there was a group of men with a small BBQ grill setup in our parking…
Retro rooms, but very very clean and well maintained. Its cheaper than pretty much every other motel in Chadron and is kept at the same quality or better. Fast internet, microwave and fridges, AC, etc. Again, very very clean as well. A great value.
This motel is from another era, which is cool. Our room was spacious and well maintained: immaculately clean, comfortable, and quiet. Surprisingly affordable. Would definitely stay there again. The owner was friendly and helpful, and let us store our bicycles in the room.
This is a cool older motel with pink or green vintage tile in the bathrooms. Annette was quite a delight and very helpful with info on the area. The bed wasn't very firm, but not too bad either. We enjoyed staying here and would again if we are in the area.
"love having the car right outside my door"
"Ground floor rooms so you can park right in front of your room and if stairs are a problem for you."
"Highway not very busy, most rooms well away from it anyway."
"Room 27 is close to the road, but it was quiet. And, only one neighbor..."
"Rooms in the center of the hotel can catch quite a bit of road sounds at certain times of the day."
