I stay here regularly for work and have been very happy with the customer service and cleanliness. I've stayed here approximately twenty times over the past year. The staff is exceptionally professional and friendly. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. They have a nice pool and two hot tubs although I've never used them. They offer free coffee...

Booked last minute for a one night stop over. Super comfortable bed. Good breakfast the next morning. The hot tub was cold and it was a little far from downtown, but those are the only complaints! Would stay again.

Just got back from visiting Whitefish. The Big Mountain Lodge was perfect for our family. It wasn't fancy but clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating. It was centrally located, pool, decent breakfast and a great deal for the money. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We grabbed the last room avaliable, a family suite for about $200. Room was spacious, but a little noisy as it was above the main entrance. You could hear one side of a loud cellphone conversation happenning outside the door. Front desk staff was friendly at check-in and check out. I would put this on my personal approved list for...

We stayed on the first floor and were surprised at our exterior door access, or hallway access. It did come in handy when carrying our luggage and coolers. First impression not so good, I second guessed the reservation, room smelled musty but it was extremely clean, so we stayed. I used air freshener and the 2nd and 3rd night not...

Not downtown, but not so far that it matters. This is nicely located and close to a Mall and some shops. It is but a few minutes drive to restaurants and if necessary close enough to drive to Kalispell if you need decent shopping and restaurants.

Caught without a room in Whitefish for the night, we were directed to try the Big Mountain Lodge. For $169/night we thought we got a great value based on the other places we researched. The rooms were large with 2 queen beds. The bathrooms were also large with nice counter space and a tub/shower. The towels were good sized. There...

Great place to stay. Stay here all the time for work. Great rooms very friendly staff walking distance to food and some stores. Best hotel we stay in for work. When we come to visits outside of work we will stay here. Oh and great breakfast. I recommend this place to anyone.

On the upside: Very friendly front desk staff, clean, comfortable bed. The Hot tubs and washer/dryers were new and very nice. The rooms have entrances from an indoor corridor, and also from the outside so one can park right outside the room. On the downside: We booked through Hotwire and saved $10, not worth it. We paid $140 in summer...

Had a very nice stay at BML. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast had a a different variety every morning. Laundry available was useful. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone not looking for luxury.
