We stayed here for 2 nights, room was well appointed and comfortable, our room was located on the side and the door opened directly onto the public sidewalk so we had to be careful to make sure the door was locked. The selfserve breakfast was ok, we had to eat ouside as the small dining room was full of two...

Thank you for reviewing us! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. We agree, our breakfast area is too small. We have plans to begin construction on a new breakfast area next month and we are confident that it will be a great improvement for all our guests. I hope you come back again after it is complete and let...

The motel room was generally clean and well kept however, the mattress was lumpy, felt like a washboard, and was about 10 years past its' replacement age. Waking up with a headache and backache before heading to the park for some hiking and driving IS NOT a good way to start the day! If you are unfortunate enough to get...

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. All of our guest rooms have been completely remodeled within the last 2 years. Everyone has their own preference for mattresses and pillows and it is impossible to find a firmness/softness that will please everyone. As you can see there were two reviews within a day or two of yours who...

It's an older motel that has been remodeled. Great mattresses, new marble surrounds in the bathtub and new fixtures. The breakfast was good and excellent service. The wifi service seemed like it had been updated with an HP wireless router.

Too crowded for 2 beds & a cot, the WiFi was a complete waste of time. Just as you connected, it would disconnect. The cleaning chemicals being used are very powerful. It took two days for the room to air out. The jacuzzi is nice but could be fuller. The breakfast was excellent. Very well done. It would have been...

Thank you for reviewing us. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I agree, our WiFi is not acceptable and we are upgrading it as we speak. We have the lines run and are just waiting for the equipment to be configured. I am hopeful this will be a great improvement for our guests. We also hope to begin construction on...

This was a good hotel and a good value. We decided to go to Yellowstone about a month before the trip and were unable to book anything in the park- this was a good alternative. It is about a 45 min- 1 hour drive to Old Faithful. It is clean and spacious and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We...

West Yellowstone is expensive to stay in during the summer season. Most places charge a premium but don't deliver much value for the premium price. The Crosswinds Inn delivers a first class room, with great design and furnishings. A good breakfast, warm cookies when you check in add to your enjoyment during your stay.

We wanted to stay closest to Yellowstone park without camping and for being the summertime we were glad we found this place. It was clean and only 10 minutes from the west entrance. This hotel does not say much from the outside. It the rooms are super clean, the decoration is beautiful and the bed amazing. A great choice and a great choice to stay within budget. Location is great - it's only a couple of short blocks away from the town center and restaurants. Loved it.

Although from first glance, this looks like an older motel, we were pleasantly surprised. Spacious interior and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds with crisp, clean linens. Newly renovated. Staff was lovely and always greeted us. We stayed two nights. Great location just minutes from West Yellowstone entrance.

Yellowstone National Park is the first National Park in the world and for very good reason has been a top tourist destination since its opening in 1872. It's a WONDERLAND and the Crosswinds Inn is located right next to it. We are just 3 blocks from the West entrance which is the most popular way to enter the Park. This makes us the perfect base for you to see the parks many amazing geysers, grizzly bears, wolves, bison, elk and of course, Old Faithful, the most popular geyser on Earth! The Crosswinds Inn has 70 rooms that have ALL been completely renovated. We are a 100% non-smoking facility and we offer free continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi.
