The LAUGHING Horse Lodge Is a wonderful place to spend a few nights. We were made to feel very welcome as we arrived in a torrential downpour. The heat had been turned on in our very clean & cozy room ( I`m a clean freak) & Kathleen brought us warm tea & she also welcomed our goldendoodle! She actually advertises...

Laughing Horse Lodge draws you into its laid-back rhythm from the moment you walk through the gate, past raised beds containing your dinner salad greens and through a tumble of wildflowers in the courtyard. It is an imaginative space that helps you shake off a long day of driving between Montana sights. The menu is creative and prepared with a...

This is basically an old fashioned strip motel. They filled the parking lot with dirt and put some vegetation on it. It is a tiny property with tiny rooms. The breakfast was good. The overpriced dinner was mediocre. Granted, the room price was reasonable, but don,t expect much. And as for relaxing, there really isn't anywhere to do so here....

Kathy and I chose this Lodge to spend our 30th Anniversary at since we had never been to a Bed and Breakfast. Wow!!!! We have never been taken care of so well. Kathleen cooks the best food we have ever had across this country. The place is immaculate and serene to where you have to rest just a bit which...

Laughing Horse was a great find for us! Its part motel, part B&B, situated near Swan Lake, MT. I believe there are 8 ground floor rooms. The rooms partially surround a beautiful, flowered courtyard, which is partially covered by colourful canopies. The court yard attracts a number small colorful birds. There is a restaurant that the public can also dine...

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Laughing Horse over Memorial Day weekend. Kathleen and company took great care of us. The room, the food, the wine and the people were all delightful. We are looking forward to a return stay the next time we are in the Flathead Valley.

As I took my luggage from my vehicle, there was a staff member offering refreshments and by the time I got to my room he was there, drinks in hand. What a great way to end a long day!! The food was excellent and the staff and setting were laid back and informal. It was a perfect blend a motel...

My husband and I visit Swan Lake, MT many times during the year as we have a cabin in the area. When my daughter started to plan her wedding we suggested she go visit the Laughing Horse Lodge. We have been going there for quite a few years now and my only complaint is that it's not open all year...

My husband (and dog) and I just returned from a quick getaway to the Laughing Horse Lodge. We had read an article in our local newspaper and decided to check it out over the Thanksgiving weekend. Not only were we thrilled to find a fenced-in yard for our dog to run, the food was unbelievable. What a treat to still...
