Got here at the end of a long day driving the Beartooth Highway starting from West Yellowstone. Check-in was easy and found enough parking in the back. Room was a little different than expected as we had a locking door between two rooms - a plus to separate the parents from the kids. This was okay for a while but... More

We ended up staying here because they were the only place in town that had a pet friendly room for two nights. It worked out great. They're right down the street from everything. The only thing I would change would be to get an upstairs room next time. It's an older building and we could hear the people above us... More

When planning to drive the Beartooth Highway I made a reservation at the Yodeler after reading the great reviews here on Tripadvisor. A reservation was made 5-6 weeks prior to arriving. The room assigned had a very bad animal smell. They could or would not provide another room. Housekeeping was send over to spray the room with a deodorizing agent.... More

I am sorry to hear your half stay here at the Yodeler was not good. We are half pet friendly and we try to mention it to our guests when making a reservation, unfortunately we do miss some, we aren't all perfect, but i do apologize for the inconvenience this was. I really hope you do consider us again, for... More

I just spent 3 nights at the Yodeler in Red Lodge. I also stayed there for a night in June. What a great place. Nice rooms, hot tubs and/or steam rooms, and everything's absolutely spotless. It's just a short walk to the shops on the main drag, but far enough away that it's quiet. Staff are incredibly friendly. The owners... More

The owners of this hotel were very accommodating of our special needs when we arrived on 9/8/14. Having an elder larger dog who cannot handle stairs (and we can't carry him), they provided us with a pet-friendly room and had us use the wheelchair lift to get our dog to the proper level. The room was very comfortable and clean.... More

Our family came in and very much enjoyed this place. Friendly service, cozy and warm room, dog friendly, and fantastic in-room steam shower. The hot tub was great. We had a nice short walk into downtown and around the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods, including a nice park and beautiful river just a couple blocks away. The rooms are facing away from... We stayed here at the end of August before driving over the Beartooth. Stayed in a bottom floor unit, which you actually go down a small flight of stairs to get to. The doorway leads into a hallway for 2 units. We could hear when the couple staying in the other unit came in later that evening, but once they... More

Great place to stay one night, especially given its location in Red Lodge as the gateway to the Beartooth highway and the Northeast entrance of Yellowstone. Originally, we were going stay in Billings, but so happy that we pushed on to Red Lodge and found the Yodeler to be perfectly suitable for one night's stay. We were offered a AAA... More

The motel is somewhat unique (bavarian theme), well run, and a well-priced alternative to the Comfort Inn at the north side of town. if you review its web site, it is very proud of its 'green' measures to help the environment. So, why does this non-smoking motel wash their sheets in a detergent that has a heavy floral scent? For... More

Though we were in the lower level which felt a bit weird while walking down the steps and through the narrow hall way with the squeaky door, once we got in the room the pleasant warm yellow walls and smart use of mirrors made the room feel quite comfortable. Having the fridge and microwave is helpful. Good bathroom though small... More
