Upon planning a stop in Polson and reading hotel reviews it appeared the KwaTaqNuk was the best place to stay in Polson. WRONG!!!!!, WRONG!!!!!!!, WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you plan on staying here, bring your own sheets, pillows, towels and room deodorizer First you have to struggle for a parking spot then, upon entering the odor of cigarette smoke saturates the air...

Stayed here for two nights. Excellent quality rooms. Great view if you get a lake side room. Friendly staff from the minute I arrived. The price was excellent and it was situated within 30 miles of the National Bison Reserve which is the reason why I visited the area. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the...

Great hotel. We had a waterfront room in the fall. Not much boat traffic so our room was quiet with a beautiful view. We had our doggies and there is a nice park next door for exercise--on the lake. Flathead lake and the tribe are my family home. It was nice to have a relaxing place to go after all...

beautiful hotel with lots of Native American history and Art displayed. Well worth staying at. Good restaurant and excellent staff. Beautiful views of Flathead Lake. It looks a lot like Lake Tahoe. You step out onto the balcony and the shore is right there. Beautiful and a wonderful place to stay.

I have stayed at the KwaTaqNuk Resort several times. It used to be one of my favorite places to stay in Montana. But not anymore. It used to be a great resort with a wonderful atmosphere and fabulous dining. Now it is a smoke filled hotel attached to a Casino. Don't waste your money, stay somewhere else.

It was our first time in Montana, and at Flathead Lake. Our room had a door which opened out onto a small balcony with a metal table and chairs. Our view overlooked Flathead Lake and the mountains to the east. WOW! Breathtaking! We were on a 26-day road trip through Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and the northwestern US states. We...

We rate this resort motel four stars in the context of being a fine along-the-road motel. As a “resort”, which it claims to be, it is quite minimal; the price was very reasonable despite being charged a small ‘resort fee’. Being on a Native American reservation, there is a casino that permits smoking. There is also an adjacent dock for...

Th hotel has a wonderful location and we had the suite, which is non smoking, but smoke permeates everywhere. It really is unpleasant. The room was huge but right next to the air con units for the casino, so it was very noisy on the balcony. The balcony door did not have a lock. The dining room is small but the staff were super...

I have been staying at this resort once a year for about the last 7 years. I love coming he e because it's on the lake, and there's a beach my dog loves to swim at. Two years ago I stayed here and my room was filthy. Coffee maker had a used coffee pod in the basket, dead spider, it...
