Historic charm, especially the 1904 Otis elevator. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely appointed. It can be a little loud on the weekend when a band is playing at the bar but they were very upfront about it and do supply earplugs to help with that and the train whistle. A nice hotel to stay at to really enjoy...

We could not have enjoyed our stay more! Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Our 4th floor room was spacious...the Murray is an old hotel that has been renovated. The bathroom was a room with a deep, old cast iron tub and the usual modern amenities, including a shower. Sitting area had a sofa and chair, coffee table with current...

This is the second time I've stayed here. We were driving to Bozeman through a blizzard and decided to go no further. I called the Murray and the had a room for us. When making the reservation I requested a quiet room. I checked into a lovely corner suite on the third floor. It had a nice sitting area in the middle; at one end of the L was the bed and kitchenette at the other. It was nicely furnished with historical feel, all the modern conveniences, and large windows looking over Livingston....

Our room was beautiful and it made you feel like you stepped back in time with all of the beautiful decorations and unique bathroom. There are trains that go by...

We stayed here a while ago and how I failed to do a review God only knows, this was my personal favourite. I asked for a specific room and got what I asked for, and wasn't disappointed. It was like a mini suite, seperated living room with lovely decor and furniture, flat screen TVs and kitchenette. Double doors lead into...

This is not our first time to stay at the Murray. Each time our room is a different configeration and decor. This hotel is beautifully restored, with a western motif. The elevator is an original otis elevator however guest cannot operate it. That works ok when the attendant is still there. When we came back from dinner we had to climb...

Very quaint hotel in the heart of Livingston, MT rich in history and with a warm and welcoming feel. The rooms ate greatly kept, the lobby and common areas are cozy and the stay was exquisite. The early 20th century Otis elevator was a real treat to see!

We stayed here upon the recommendation of TA and Anthony Bourdain. This hotel is full of old timey character and within easy walking distance of restaurants & bars. Not too far from the west entrance of Yellowstone (45 min). Front desk service is amazing. So helpful & friendly! One of the coziest beds I have ever slept in. Room was...
