We needed a place before our trip in Yellowstone began and found an incredible place at the Yellowstone Gateway Inn. I booked on line and when we checked in, we were greeted by the friendliest person, Tyler. He offered a large array of blue ray DVDs to take to the room, accompanied us to the unit to show us how...

Very nice! Clean & Comfortable. Recently remodeled and has many well-thought creature comforts. Kitchen is well equipped with all the "right" items to make you feel at home. The Inn is located right in town & close to everything available in Gardiner, MT. We'll return for sure!

We did not expect much when we booked our room because we had heard that most places near Yellowstone were rustic - in a bad way. But this place exceeded all expectations. The rooms were modern, immaculately clean, and had plenty of space. The bathroom was recently redone, the beds were super comfy and the bed linens and towels were...

The lodging accommodations outside Yellowstone National Park can best be summed up as average to poor at best. However, the Yellowstone Gateway Inn is a true bright spot. We needed a quick overnight stay in Gardiner for an early-morning wolf tracking tour and with so many places closed for the winter and/or operating with reduced staff, I called first to...

My wife and I felt like we were back home but at home there are no grazing deer in the front yard. We had a real suite with a private bedroom and everything. We had a full kitchen with utensils and a dining table A 50" JVC flatscreen in the living room and a 42" in the bedroom. Someone wrote...

What a wonderful surprise this hotel was for us! We reserved the small king room and were amazed with all of the great touches, amenities, and pluses for such a very reasonable price! We were wishing we had more time to stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bath was large and very updated. This was perfect for us!

You can find slightly cheaper rooms in Gardiner, but the Gateway Inn is worth the extra money. Full kitchens, private rooms, full entertainment centers and a free DVD lending library with hundreds of movies. My only complaint is the rooms make me lazy and want to lounge around drinking wine rather than hiking in the park!

We enjoyed a week late in October hiking and seeing the beautiful sights of Yellowstone. Home base for my husband and another couple who joined us was Yellowstone Gateway Inn. As we arrived we became concerned that we may have made a mistake as the dirt roads leading to the hotel have some rather rundown looking buildings. But it didn't...

We booked into this hotel for two days which is just not long enough! So we went back for more! The units are spotlessly clean, all the finishes are high end with the attention to detail evident. We had a unit with a king bed which was just so comfortable I thought I was never going to get my husband...

Lovely location. Deer and elk wandering around. Rooms and furnishings were beautiful. Stayed in a one bedroom with king. Didn't want to get up bed was so comfortable. Large screen tv in living area and another big screen in bedroom. Nice kitchen with pretty much everything you need should you want to cook. Beautiful framed photos in every room. Owner...
