We spent several days here in late July and it was a peaceful restorative spot. We purchased breakfast foods in the nearby small town. We drank our own coffee and ate breakfast and watched the birds, llama, alpacas, horses, cattle and occasional bear in the distance from the deck before setting out on various ventures for the rest of the...

We stayed in The Elk Willows Guest Home. It was clean, had over 1900feet of space and the deck offered stunning views of Glacier National Park. The bbq was clean and worked well, so every night we celebrated our decision to stay here with a glass of wine and a freshly cooked steak! The kitchen is very large and there...

We absolutely loved staying at Paul's Ranch Montana. We stayed in the Elk Meadows House and it was so much fun. The caretakers, Mike and Nancy were wonderful to visit with and took great care of us. They provided us with helpful tips and made us special treats from the ranch. We usually have smaller cabins when visiting GNP and...

Nancy and Mike were great and very welcoming hosts. I arrived late and they even made sure I got something to eat. Loved the place. It seems far away from everything (thus very peaceful) but yet it is so close to the gates of the glacier national park. Would stay there again

We stayed in the Bunkhouse for only one night in July to give us easier access to Many Glacier. The location is great and, although the Bunkhouse is rustic, it served our needs perfectly. Janice is a fantastic host and was very helpful. And the dogs? We loved them and my kids would have taken them home with us. Alas,...

We enjoyed three nights in Meadowlark Meadows. The home was absolutely spotless and the location was perfect for visiting GNP and the surrounding areas. Paul Ranch is a working llama ranch located right where the prairie rises into the mountains. Spectacular views abound. I walked outside to take pictures of wildflowers that were blooming and saw literally hundreds of birds...

I recently (July, 2014) went on a road trip with my daughter. We stayed at the bunkhouse for three nights while we were visiting Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. The ranch is close to the entrance to the park and you can take a short drive to Canada and visit the Canadian side of the park as well....

Our family stayed in the Meadowlark Meadows house while visiting Glacier Nat'l Park. The house is extremely clean, quite spacious & has pretty much anything you might need - even bear spray for hikes (& a lesson in how to use it). The beds were very comfortable as were the couches in the living room. There is plenty of land...

I loved my stay the first week of August at Paul Ranch, located four miles north of Babb. The one-room bunk house served as my base for six days of serious hiking in Glacier NP. The location was perfect, providing quick access to both the Many Glacier and Rising Sun trail heads, while at the same time being removed from...

We just returned from a 2-week road trip across the US. We stayed 2 nights at Elk Willows, and everyone in our party agreed it was one of the highlights of the trip. The pictures just do not even do the place justice. The sunrise and sunset views were spectacular. The silence there was wonderful. Our 10-year-old daughter had the...
