I was on a four week project in St. Louis and stayed at the Marriott St. Louis West for four weeks (Sunday - Thursday). If you dine in the restaurant, be sure to get the Gooey Butter Cake. Stayed for Thanksgiving. Room was very comfortable. Locations is perfect for navigating around St. Louis. Right off of Interstate 64 and Interstate 270. Staff very accommodating and priced well. Would stay again.

I slept like a baby in the king size bed with feather down. The staff was friendly & accommodating. I attempted to book online, didnt quite do it correctly but my issue was resolved quickly & efficiently

Front desk staff was friendly and check was quick. Room was clean, comfortable and included a refrigerator and large desk. Breakfast is not included but hotel has a restaurant that serves a breakfast buffet.

Although it lacks some of the features of newer hotels in the area, the Marriott West provides a full-service option with great service in a convenient, peaceful setting. On most measures, hotel,chains are pretty similar. But Marriott has not been my favorite, and this experience is a negative data point. There was a laundry miscommunication. Booked this hotel for my boss and his family. When they checked in the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. They spent the nite, and talked to the manager about having the room cleaned while they went to brfst. Got back from bfrst. Not clean. They checked out.

We travel to (or through) Saint Louis on a regular basis. Normally, we stay at a hotel near the airport (the Airport Marriott, the Airport Hilton or the Airport Renaissance). We were greeted with champagne at check in! Rooms were large, bathrooms spotless! Received vouchers for free breakfast, but no one mentioned the omelet bar was not included. Breakfast staff had no smiles, no "Good morning " and no sense of urgency.

This hotel was selected as our conference site. The customer service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they allowed me late, late checkout!
