The park is great for an overnight or short stay. The sights are small so if you have a big rv you won't fit. Our rv is 31 feet plus tow vehicle and we just fit. The office did smell like cigarettes but I didn't have to sleep their so that is ok. The owner didn't smoke while I was... More

We were passing through immediate place a stop for the night and this is what we selected. The place is actually very pretty. Lots of flowering trees all around us. The bathrooms are a little dated, but seems relatively clean. Only one person was able to shower at a time. That could be kind of limiting when the RV park... More

We rolled in close to midnight, found night check in simple; called the office to ask if we could change location to the new drive through spots in the back; i think i woke her up, but she was still very helpful. Full hook up; free wifi that worked & flat level open spot with room for the awning etc.... More

We stayed here as a short-term visitor. There appeared to be a mix of long-term and short-term campers. The park is clean and the utilities worked as expected, but there were several issues: (1) Sites are pretty close together. (2) The owner now has storage units on the site, and to get to our site, we had to drive through... More

Everything was great. It has everything you could need. One is closer to highway but was not as friendly. Area for pets to run and play. Owner keeps a watch on the park at all hours of the night. Have seen him driving around checking on every thing. Clean park with lots of trees for shade.

I think I would stay up the street at an RV park that is closer to the interstate (looks nicer). We travel in a newer motorhome (2008) and we are way out of place here. The office is very very smokey (I still smell like an ash tray along with my rv now) and you'll have to fill out the... More

The only improvement I would like to see is that the trees are trimmed. We were in a 43' motor home and we brushed a tree getting into our site and had to trim a tree to make room for our slide out. The park grounds are very clean. We did not use the shower or laundry facilities. The owner... More

We stayed at T&C for the month of July. We found the price reasonable: $350 for the month, and the showers and bathrooms clean. The owner is a nice man who keeps up the grass, flowers and trees. It is on a main road east of Sikeston but not far from freeways, Lamberts and main businesses. We have family near... More
