Very nice hotel! Loved the light shows they play at night on the hour in the Grand Hall. Friendly service upon arrival and every time we left the valet service greeted us. Rooms were very nice and we liked how they kept a train theme throughout the hotel.

Good service with very friendly and helpful staff. Good location at Union station for many downtown sights and activities. Comfortable rooms, warm cookies. Nice bar area. Difficult to navigate to check in spot upon arrival.

This hotel has potential to be great a few tweets can it there starting with self parking. The hotel entrance from the parking lot is confusing perhaps a camera view and interaction from the front desk when guest attempt entry. Vacuum and sweep after each guest stay. A microwave would be nice.

Thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. Thank you for acknowleding the greatness of the facility. As a 4-Diamond property offering 5-Star service guestroom kitchens and microwaves are not ammenities that we provide to travelers. Nice clean facilities but customer service, quality of service and amenities were poor for the amount of the stay. We had trouble checking in. There were limited places to eat and the prices were outrageous. We were there for a children's event and they didn't have very many kid friendly meals available. It was a very clean facility but I...

The lobby will take your breath away! Even my teenagers were impressed. Room was clean with a beautiful bathroom, excellent beds and service. We scored a great deal on this hotel by staying on a Tuesday night. If you can't stay at this hotel, at least stop to tour the lobby and grab something to eat here.

The Union Station great hall should not be missed. We spent as much time as we could in the hall enjoying drinks and some food. The makeover on the rooms was nice, and the history and beauty of the hotel make up for the lack of occupancy in the shops area. We look forward to the entire complex being revitalized,...

A beautiful hotel property. I like the digital pre-check and selecting our room. We splurged and booked a king historic executive room with privileges in the executive lounge. The room was clean and up to date. The use of the lounge was great with good service and breakfast and evening food. Self parking is available across the street. We would...
