Staff was exceptional. Beds were very very comfortable. Hotel was very very spread out going from rooms to ballrooms several times a day; floors where rooms were, are like a huge maze which made it a physical test when visiting others in their rooms! The lobby light show was a unique treat for all ages. The big drawback was the...

friendly parking attendants, helpful desk staff, efficient housekeeping services, good bar tender ... what else do you need? oh yes, and as many warm chocolate chip cookies as your system can tolerate!

This was my first time back to this hotel in about 10 years. The area was much more vibrant than now. Sad to see the shops closed in the mall that is attached. Hotel is nice but it looks like it's time for a refresh job. Still a great value and overall was not disappointed. The laser show in the...

The grand hall is certainly impressive but Union Station area gives an air of dereliction. Food court area appears abandoned. Disappointed with attitude when my daughter had flights cancelled by American, insisted on charging for 3 nights when through no fault of hers couldn't make first night. Housekeeping not done when returned back at 430 pm. !! V satisfied with...

Historic & beautiful! Fun for kids too...their night time light/projection show in main lobby is worth stopping & watching even if u don't stay here! The lobby bar is great with a good selection of beer to wash down the dust while watching all the different light shows (btw the light shows also have some history lessons in them)! The...

We were in town for a Cardinals game and this hotel was fantastic! The room was large, the hotel was great and the light show in the lobby was amazing! It was an easy 15 minute walk to the ball park. The atmosphere was great - the staff was very professional. We would definitely stay here again!

I spent two nights/days at the hotel. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and unstressed. Everyone from the front desk, to security, to service people provided a hello and had a can I help you attitude. This place is huge, and glorious. A throwback to the Gilded Age. You can feel dwarfed by the size of facility, much...

The Hotel is situated right next to the Union Station and closer to all attractions. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The AC was not working when we checked in but service arrived within minutes and fixed it immediately.

Terrible visit--will never stay here again. Arrived to a/c being out---no comment or apology from staff, went to lobby to try to find cooler place and food i ordered served cold, in middle of night hotel alarm goes off waking everyone. Finally got nack to sleep and was awoken by clock radio alarm that staff had been too lazy to...

Although I did not stay in the hotel, I was told to visit the property to take in its history as the railway depot to the West in the days of westward expansion. (Ask at the front desk for a brochure explaining the history of the hotel). To come upon the gargantuan area of the former tracks of the station...
